Is it okay to leave a rating JUST for the food court? I adore 99 Ranch and always have but yesterday I decided to order from their food court for dinner. I knew I should've turned around when everything looked so old/bland. They didn't have a lot of lo mein left so she asked if I could do half lo mein, half rice, which is fine but I wonder if she just didn't wanna make anymore? Anyway, whatever is happening to me was probably not her fault but I definitely got food poisoning there. Woke up nauseous and throwing up. The only thing I enjoyed from the order was the pork chops, the rest was very bland. Even the red bean sesame balls, which I swear had zero red bead in them ):

My very favorite go to Asian grocery store. It's clean and always well stocked with fresh produce and great weekly deals. If you frequent 99 Ranch, I'd strongly suggest signing up for a Rewards Card (you get $10 for every 1000 points/dollars). Highly recommend.

Best time on the weekend? When it opens! Less crowds! Store is clean and workers are helpful^^. Decent sales on rice and great food court! Love coming out here for most of my Asian groceries!!

Good variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood. Personally I prefer the Korean market across the highway for even more choices.

I purchased a rice cooker from the Carrollton location and only used it for less than 3 months. Unfortunately, the rice cooker broke after only a few months of use, and the rice it produced was of very poor quality.
When I visited the Carrollton store a few days ago, the clerk informed me that I could bring the rice cooker in for a refund. However, when I returned to the store yesterday, another clerk advised me to contact the company that manufactures the rice cooker instead. This conflicting information and lack of consistent customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It is concerning to see such poor-quality control over the products sold at 99 Ranch Market, and the reluctance of your staff to take responsibility is unacceptable. I chose to shop at 99 Ranch Market because of the trust I had in your brand, but this experience has been profoundly disappointing.

Love this supermarket chain. Have been a 99 Ranch fan since they opened their first store in California years ago. I was a frequent shopper in California and Washington State, now looking forward to 99 Ranch in Texas.
