Dishonest, took my vehicle for a simple state inspection, he stated everything passed but my casing for my rear light(not the rear light) was broken, he would not pass it until the whole casing was replaced, went to Firestone and got it passed with no problem.

Highly reccomend this place for getting your state inspection! I've had bad experiences in the past with some auto shops because they try to make you do services when you didn't need them in order to pass you but here they don't try to force anything and it's very simple. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. There is a small waiting room with a few chairs and there was only 1 other person there. I came in and immediately someone came out and acknowledged i came in and let me know I was next. Once he was ready (less then 5 minutes) he asked for my insurance and keys and wrote some info down. He went out to get my car and literally less then 10 mins he was done and got me checked out! The total was 25.50 and they take various forms of credit cards. Friendly staff and fast and easy inspections! I was pleasantly surprised and agree with all the good reviews of this place. Come here for your next car inspection! Thanks for the great friendly and fast service!

I came here on Monday this week between 4-5pm and spoke to an older white guy about getting my inspection and he said one of my brake lights were out. I was surprised because I just got those replaced the other month at the Kwik kar in Plano, and I mentioned this, and then the guy suddenly looked really surprised and didn't say anything after that, so I walked out to go call the place that I got them replaced at the month prior. I set up an appointment to go see them because my replacements were still under warranty, and I saw them today only to find none of my break lights were out. In fact all my lights are working fine, and since I'm here, I'm getting my state inspection done at the Kwik kar instead I guess. What a weird experience and a waste of my time from AAA. What was the point of lying about that? Maybe the guy just didn't know what he was doing? Weird.
