DO NOT GO TO THIS AARONS I repeat DO NOT GO managers are HORRIBLE. I ordered a Samsung tv the manager called me and said “it was his tv” so they wouldn’t be able to sell it to me even tho I paid for it and that they have a lower quality Roku tv instead that I could pay extra for. Like Woooooooow

Do not rent here. They have no customer service. They do not keep appointments, and they have zero respect for people or property. And if you need help with something, well guess you leave a review. And I've bought man, many, many things from the Aaron's stores over the years. Avoid this particular location. Also reported to the BBB. GOOD LUCK if you ignore this review.

I'm a senior. I'm retired and on a fixed income.The rent to buy fits right into my budget. The staff at Aaron's was ready to help me. I have a good experience each and every time. Thank you Aaron's .

I been with for years bought my 65 inch TV my TV stand my washer and dryer and 2 laptops. I can't even call them to make a payment for a friend. They never answered. Yall don't want money?

The manager is horrible his attitude is not friendly, lied about pricing. Then when I explained my situation he still tried to tell me I’m incorrect. So I advise them to come pick up there merchandise from my home. Appointment was set for 6pm today and one of their sales agent called me at 9:17 at night to say they on the way. First of all it’s inappropriate to come to someone home at that time of night! Which they close at seven. I would never do business with this location ever take your money else where!

Went in on Monday to give this location the additional info for my new account. 1. Was not greeted when i came in the door 2. Manager Aziz told me that I HAD to make a payment of either 2wks or full month or he would cancel my order. This went against what i was told online when i started the acct. 3. After i disagreed and said that was not what the online order details said Aziz continued to tell me that if i did not do what he asked that he would cancel my order. 4. After making the payment that he insist repeatedly that I do with the Threat of not getting the merchandise , he picks up his delivery schedule and tells me that now i have to wait until Friday to actually get the merch. 4. As i was trying to ask a question regarding that LATE delivery date he cuts me off and tells me that "We are not going to do this, You think because I'm in this Aaron's Shirt you can disrespect me and that if I was not in this shirt you wouldn't be talking to me like that!" 5. I am waiting on a call from either a RM or DM.

If a negative star was an option I would have given them that. Customer service at this particular location is worst than rude just very disrespectful. I understand we are experiencing a unplanned pandemic but if a person is 1 day late why send someone to ones house to BANG on the door. Which Now I can understand if I was days/weeks late or known for constantly being late but that was just still unnecessary. That “field rep” was rude along with management. Which has never happened before but management “claims” that’s what they get paid to do even on the day of a payment is due per agreement which is false.I would NOT recommend this location at all better off going somewhere else.

My girlfriend & her sister were done renting a fridge & I was here when they came to pick it back up. It looked like it was new, and we even wiped it down before they came to pick it up.6 weeks later, they tried to say it was damaged, when it wasn't. Harassed the sister visa phone calls, yelled at my girlfriend when she asked for photo evidence.I have a feeling either the guys dropped it unloading it in the warehouse or the manager is just running tight on money due to everybody being laid off.

If you are having an item picked up to return, make sure you document EVERYTHING. Take pictures before they come, while they are there and while they are moving it. Do not let them our of your sight. The manager will argue with you to try to protect his guys if it is damaged after pick up, even yell at you. Awful management, complete and utter lack of customer service.

The customer service was rude they lied about pricing. I don’t know her name but the little Mexican chick told us if we wasn’t buying to get out there store. I’m calling corporate.
