I usually don’t do this, but this is the only option I have as Mike is no longer responding to me. I have waited 8 months now for him to fix my bumper. Originally when he did my wrap I had bubbles in my bumper that he was suppose to fix for me, but never did. Additionally, I paid an additional $400 for custom taillights that I never received.
I would not recommend Mike for any service as he is unresponsive and will leave you hanging. Seems to be the common trend with Mike according to previous reviews.

Owner Mike Ates is a fraud. He damaged my BMW’s dashboard with chemical spill, promised me to reimburse for the damages, now ran away. Closed his shop since Dec 2023z His website is shutdown and he is no longer there.

Mike Ates has damaged my new BMW 7 series and did not inform me until I found it myself after picking up my car. I showed him the damages and he agreed to the damages caused by him. I asked him to file a business insurance claim and pay for my damages. He decided not to do it. Instead asked me to file for my car insurance claim and agreed to pay for the deductibles and insurance cost increases. I did not have any choice so I went with it. I got the car fixed in December 2023. I have been leaving him multiple messages and texts since then but now he is not answering or returning my calls. This is a very sketchy place and I don't know if I can trust this guy anymore. Mike, if you see this message, please call me asap.

I DON’T RECOMMEND YOU TO CHOOSE THIS PLACE fFOR ANYTHING AND SAVE YOUR TIME GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.1 star was is even waste and required to add review so I chose 1 star.This place is absolute waste of your time to go get anything done. First of all coordinating and scheduling is the worst experience and if you have one car you can completely forget about your car and be stressed out and not knowing when you will get it back to you. You will not get it back on time or even with delay and after several follow ups and promises from them you may be lucky to get it back after 3 days for a work it takes 2 hours.I did get ceramic coating and tint done for my car and along with it cleaning services and to be honest they are of no use for any work as they keep forgetting what customer requested and what service they agreed to.

Mike did a perfect job on the front windows on my Model X. I dropped it off on a Fri afternoon and he had it ready the same day. Went here after another place in the area could not finish the job and ultimately had to offer me a refund. I will definitely be returning here for any future work that I would like to have done on the vehicle.

You can compare pricing all you want, but at the end of the day, the biggest differentiator will be the experience and skill of the person working on your vehicle. You're better off finding an experienced installer vs. trying to save a few dollars and have them ruin your car. Mike had come highly recommended due to his extensive experience in the industry.I called ACME and spoke with Jessica who walked me through their packages, I booked an appointment and then reviewed my options with Mike and Jessica. Car was ready later that afternoon as promised. The windows looked great but as with any tint, I let it cure for several days to allow any minor bubbles to shrink/disappear. Even before curing I could only find a few small bubbles (don't touch them! let them shrink on their own!). Checked out the car about a week later and everything was perfect!A few things:1. Mike/Jessica are a small local business, not a big chain. They obviously take pride in their work.2. They only used top-tier films and Jessica knew the specs/inside out.3. I'm super-picky about who works on our vehicles (regardless of the age or price of the vehicle) and I was very happy with the work.4. If you're calling around to get quotes, find out exactly who will be doing the work on your vehicle and how much experience they have.Overall, I was extremely happy with the work. The tint is doing exactly what I wanted (heat rejection) and the install was impeccable. Quality install, quality product, good people.Services: Vehicle window tinting

Sent a text on the 24th Dec as my tent on both the driver and passengers door had peeled off due to age and poor tint the day before Mike responded on Tuesday saying they were back open for business, and looked forward to the opportunity to look at my F150s issue, I explained how I didn't get off work till 430 and only had that for a driver too work Mike said give him a call when I was off, at 437 I called said I was headed to Lewisville my home. Mike said to come on by the shop and they would do the tint . I was stunned at 507 I rolled into the lot Mike opened the west end roll up door.... Again stunned that they were going to do the work but wow they got some very nice autos in that place. Work was done in a timely and very professional manner by Mike, this guy knows his window tint gave me a great deal, and was in and out in what I thought was record time, oh yea I forgot to mention that he came in from HOME, AND OPENED UP TO DO THE WORK.... My wife's car will be next for sure.... And I want another look at that Red 68 chev in the shop. SWEET....

Family owned and local. It was simple and easy - you book an appointment let them know what you need they give you recommendations and levels based on price and you come back in a few hours to pick up your car or they have a waiting area inside. My suv was unbearable in this Texas heat and as a realtor I drive all over the metroplex all day and getting tint over my privacy windows that I thought were protective that came with the vehicle when I bought it was a game changer. My car stays cooler and I feel like I save more gas. We will be getting our other suv tinted as well soon, their prices are the best along with the quality.Services: Vehicle window tinting

Mike is great. The chrome delete and roof wrap job was nearly perfect. Just a few spots that need to be addressed, but Mike was very amenable to having me come back in to address the spots while I wait. The tint job looks fantastic also.My only minor complaint is that Mike is very busy and his timeline may get delayed. Prepare yourself to have more time built in.
