Amazing inclusive gym for athletes of all types. Helped me find myself and my purpose in life again. I highly suggest everyone should come check it out for their sweatiest hour on the first Friday of every month.

I had an incredible experience with this organization that supports adaptive athletes. Their staff is second to none - caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated. Their passion for helping athletes achieve their goals is evident in every program they offer.

This place changed my life for the better. They taught me to look inside myself for strength and that I am all that I need. But it is OK to ask for help, just don't rely on it. I'd advise anyone with a disability to send in an application to become a part of the tribe!!
