I have been a customer here since 2000. Dennis was amazing, but has since retired. At one point we had 5 storage units as we were having a new home built. We currently have only 1 unit where we store our 1956 Pontiac and other assorted glass wear in sealed plastic totes. Today, November 16, 2024, I opened my storage to find it was INFESTED with rats. Fresh rat droppings covering every inch of the interior. We reported this to the office, who immediately called the owner. She could not have been less interested. She said that someone in a nearby unit likely had food. Zero urgency, zero help, zero care, zero anything. She also refused to have the nearby units opened to ensure no food exists. This is beyond disgusting. To make matters worse, it is obvious that the number of bait stations is dramatically less than required for a commercial property. No NOT recommend, stay away & keep your items away. The lack of concern is extremely disturbing.
