I walked in to order a custom cake from the bakery and waited a wile at the counter with no help. There were people there, just no one took the time to ask me if I needed help. I flagged someone down and they filled out the order form for my cake. I had a picture on my phone showing how I wanted it to look. They called Toby over and she took a picture with her phone. Told the gal to write down "Toby look at your phone on the order form".

I was in a hurry and Albertson's is very close to me. So I stopped off to get some French bread for this evening's dinner. Nothing else. French bread at Walmart - $1.00. French bread at Albertson's $2.49! All pricing at Albertson's is typically 20% higher than Walmart. But 150% higher? Insane. This is why I never have a problem finding a parking spot at Albertson's. Most people are at Walmart shopping for the groceries.

Many staff members wearing masks pulled down under their nose. One employee walked up to me and pulled down her mask before talking to me. Avoid this place.

I just came into this store and the manager Dodds was very rude!!! I went to pay for the cereal that is on sale. The cashier nicely said the Lucky Charms aren’t on sale. I told her there is a ton of them when you walk in the store. Then this manager got in and was like you need the app ok no problem I have it. She then says you can’t get the lucky charms because they aren’t on sale then I tell her well you have them right up front she says oh they aren’t suppose to be there a

I drove over 20 minutes to get my husband's favorite coffee. All of the cans that were on the shelves were dented. I asked for a discount, and both managers told me they couldn't do anything. Major inconvenience. I took the coffee but when the items are damaged you should give a discount.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a grocery store. Walked up to the deli counter and both ladies were deep in conversation, which is cool, I still deciding what I wanted. After a few minutes, a man walks up and they immediately take and start making his order, despite the fact that I was standing there first. I made a comment about it and one lady said to the other lady in Spanish "the white girl is mad take care of it." No thanks. Went and got soup instead go to checkout, check out person doesnt say one word to me, looks irritated, and wouldn't let me put in my reward card number.Listen, I don't expect a song and dance when I go to the grocery store, and I get that we all have bad days, but that was ridiculous.

The clerks here are always friendly the few times I have stopped in. The shelves are always neat but I don't see as many managers present on the sales floor as I do at Kroger. I go to Albertson's for pretty specific product because I do most of my grocery shopping at Sprouts. The house brand turkey bacon, Signature Select, tastes better than Butterball turkey bacon in my humble opinion. Much better. I also like Albertson's because they sell Tillamook shredded cheese and Texas Tea and I don't find those items at Kroger or Sprouts and I want them. Thank you Albertson's. If you do the buy 1 get 1 Free I highly recommend that you have those scanned as a separate transaction to make sure that you really get your sale price. I have had my "sale" price ring higher twice on their meat sales. Other than that tricky business I like that they have specific items near and dear to my taste buds.

This place by far has the worst customer service I've seen. They seem to have lost the meaning of what accommodation means. We have now had 2 bad experiences in the last couple of days. The first was where they didn't want to help her with airing up some balloons because there was no one that could come over to the counter and help right before they opened. And the other time was just now. With only 3 lines open, 2 of them were backed up by a lot, the 3rd line was empty. The cashier was eating candy. So we went to that and asked if we could be checked out. All of a sudden we hear in a rude voice "do you have more than 15 items!?" This was from a manager or supervisor. We said if that's a problem then can you check us out? She said no. Made us so irate. Even the cashier was it's ok but the manager said not to. What happened to servicing the customer with a smile? We've been coming to this location basically all our lives and to get treated like this is just sad. We will be taking our business elsewhere! I can't wait until the new Winco opens up. I'm sure that they will be losing business to them. Not just ours.
