Waited 15 minutes for assistance. The fresh deli lady had to come assist me. Even after paging someone, no one came to help. This is very bad service

Better since the remodel but difficult to find cashiers & when you do mediocre service, prepare to bag your own groceries.

This store is much closer to my house than Wal-Mart and much less stressful to shop at. They might not have as big of a selection but sometimes it's worth it for the quick run & grab trips. Employees are almost always super helpful.Just watch out for expired items which this store is famous for.

Spacious location with a nice variety of fresh produce. Staff, especially in the pharmacy, is generally helpful and attentive. Brandon in the meat market also takes good care of customers. That said, I would love to see bulk Italian sausage in that department and not just in the app.

Community. This is my neighborhood grocery store and pharmacy and has been since we moved here in 2016.The pharmacist knows my name..Young staff such as Sam the book keeper keep community spirit alive with their excellent personal customer service.I love my neighborhood Albertson's.

Albertsons2150 Josey LNCarrolton, TX7500650% for Albertsons & 50% Door DashZero stars for Albertsons & Door Dash from a professional perspective. So, my friend not me ordered a "All American cold cut sub sandwich from Albertsons through Door Dash. You know given Door Dash reputation for mediocre customer service, "supervisor will call you later" & "support will email you in 24-48 hour is NOT going to work in customer service via cha/phone." Albertsons "don't care, don't know attitude as Kroger is our new bosses attitude", we as consumer get the short end of the spectrum. How could you allow for Door Dash or any customer to purchase a sandwich in your store that looks and smells expire/spoiled? Let me ask you, the consumers who shop at Albertsons & gave them 4-5 stars a questions. And yes, I got pictures. Would you eat this sandwich that was ordered through Door Dash from Albertsons? Would you allow your family/friend to eat anything from Albertsons? After this nonsense, I am convince not to shop nor eat here, never..ever.Now, on Door Dash and Albertsons website, they market the FIRST sandwich is what my friend order however, he received the second sandwich (pictures) in picture two.Would you eat or buy this sandwich at Albertsons or any retailer? Would you display this sandwich for customers to see and buy? Business must be good! This sandwich is horrible, messy, expired, spoiled, and someone can get sick seriously. And they don't care because they are aware of the situation and will not take action to resolve the problem. Will never order anything from this Albertsons or Kroger, the store merchandise is EXPIRED. Again, don't know how Door Dash can allow for this reckless behavior from these retailers and their Dasher.

Great prices always have friendly checkout and baggers. Honor coupons. Helped my wife to car on two occasions. Fresh food every Monday love the tomatoes.

I visited the pharmacy several times for my RX and everytime I went I had amazing service from the staff there making me feel welcome as well as helping me get my best deal with adding my good Rx coupons.Thanks again to the team for excellent customer service including John woods, Linda Cantu, and Haseeb Shakil-Khan!

I simply won't go back because those young cashiers have absolutely no manners, and management does not do anything about it.So my loyalty will simply go to a different grocery store.

Lady refused to give me my delivery saying I wasnt dressed professionally. Making me insecure about myself my job and my duties to perform. This lady vicki.. in retail...needs a serious talking too. She thinks it ok to humiliate someone because of what they wear. Maybe I can't afford a real nice suit maybe all I had was a pair shorts and a sweatshirt in reality she cost me my time my money I was to earn and gas.. what wrong with this person

Th remodeled store is a nice improvement, however the Grand Re-Opening specials and savings are only on paper. On Friday, none of the briskets or corn were available. It was suggested that I come back on Saturday, which I did around lunchtime, and it was the same. In addition, there was the exact sweet corn like advertised in a package, but they would not substitute. Bananas are also sold individually rather than by the pound! I would like to still frequent this store, but will probably not anymore due to such snags and higher prices. Carrollton deserves and needs better.
