This place will continue to charge you even after you cancel your account. They sent debt collectors after me because of an error on their end. When I called customer service I was responded with "there is nothing we can do." Avoid this gym at all costs!

Extremely unsatisfied, i hv been coming to this gym for about a week and every time I’m here I see people sneaking other people in as they please. Very disrespectful to people who are actually paying a membership. The manager or owner should really enforce people swiping their key & not letting people in without a membership. If you’re looking for an anytime fitness I strongly recommend the one on farmers branch they are very strict with who gets in the gym. only member are allowed inside otherwise they kick you out or charge you a fee everytime you let someone in.

Love this gym. Keith is the one who makes this place great. We got memberships this year and I love that this gym has everything you need, is very clean, and anything broken is repaired asap. Also as a woman I really appreciate Keith’s commitment to safety and making sure no one accesses the gym who isn’t supposed to. Definitely recommend and coming here and getting a cherry greeting from Keith is often the best part of my day!

I like this location a lot! Clean and nice equipment and nice variety of equipment. Clean restrooms and showers. Keith is always super friendly and amazing at keeping things nice at this location!
