Service was good although they were short staffed. Restaurant was clean but damage to the restrooms. (Looked like a fight.) Food was tasty but there was hardly any meat on my sandwich.

I love their Gyro, BQ steak, and cheddar beef, I wish they carry the fish sandwiches on a permanent basis I think they have the best fish sandwich hands

What a ridiculous experience (8:40 pm). Drive thru forgot 1 of my six items. I was the only person in the drive thru, definitely NOT busy. I get it however, we're all human mistake happen to the best of us. I was hungry so I sat down and ate when I got home. While I was eating I called...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 times at 3 mins a call (disconnected) obviously. Simple enough, call, ask that my sandwich be refunded, move on. After no answer and after finishing my meal, I head back to ask for a refund. Not real happy to have to get into the car and return. I mean answer the phone. Guess it doesn't work or they are not "trained" to answer. How hard is it to answer a phone at Arby's.Hit the drive thru (9:10) and the shift leader was very apologetic (which I appreciated). Explains he has been instructed to "no longer issue refunds" Unacceptable, owner or manager (not sure which) instruction to employees is to basically tell customers to kick rocks. Asked "Shift leader" to call manager which was met with hesitate, understandably so, at this point I am upset. He calls and ultimately after a few minute a refund was issued (not sure if he had permission to issue a refund). The "Shift leader" did what was right by the customer, issued a refund for the sandwich that I did not get in the drive thru.Not sure who is giving direction to this staff??? Someone needs to looking the mirror and remember how they got where they are today. Give employees the tools and training to keep customers happy. Tonight was a disaster. Not because they missed one item, but the lack of ownership/management not training nor giving employee the tool to ensure good customer service.Wish the crew "GOOD LUCK"

They forgot to put the chicken in the chicken sandwich. I tried to call them and no answer. It was the only sandwich I ordered. Get it together Arbys!!!

Paint peeling didn't take away from the nice staff and the roast beef that wasn't dried out. Usually Arby's is a risky bet, but today's experience was one of the best. Fries were fresh and meat was juicy. As the bare minimum of expectations, it seems these days to be hard to find. Arby's did a good job today. Thank you!

Einstein, taking my order today really understands business and the value of customer retention and more important a $4 milkshake.I ordered two, 2 for $7 sandwiches (at least twice a week) that's a total of $14, today I have a coupon for a free milkshake.He informs me that he can not honor the coupon because I'm ordering a special discount order( 2 for $7), ok, so if I order 1 sandwich for $6. I can use the cupon, Yes.Wow, loose a $14 order today (actually 8x $14 = $112 a month) over a $4 Moca shake. I give the owner of this franchise kudos for teaching his employees never to think outside the box.

I went to Arby's Saturday and Sunday for lunch, it was amazing the young man at the drive thru window was the best he made sure I had everything I needed. His customer service was so awesome. The food words cannot explain how good the food is, you have to taste it for yourself. I had the roast beef, curly fries and a good old cold ice tea.
