Having been in the military and been a part of quite a few moves over the years, what separates Armstrong from other relocation companies is the quality of all employees you interact with and their very professional communication. It is the best I have experienced. Highly recommend.

I did a local move from Frisco to Dallas and these 2 movers were outstanding - Jquan Beavers and Gene Dancer. They were thoughtful about my HHGs, placed boxes exactly where I asked them to be, took their time to make sure nothing was broken and very professional and courteous! I would absolutely use them again! In addition, my move coordinator Carla was also awesome. She is super organized and stayed on top of all the details of my move from Frisco to Scottsdale! Great job team!

Freights delivery, go check in at the stair door near dock 7, first come, first serve. In & out about 1 hour if no trucks ahead of you.

Our packers, movers were wonderful (5/5) but our move coordinator Terri Hardy was difficult to reach (did not answer phone or respond to emails) prior to move, during move day, delivery day, and has not responded to my emails and calls regarding our missing box. I would not recommend or work with United Van Lines again because of how difficult it was. I don't know what we would have done if there was a bigger issue than one missing box, because our coordinator absolutely cannot be reached.

We did not end up using this company for our move due to factors beyond their control but they were by far the easiest company to deal with.
I dealt with Daniel Lott. He was a complete pro, communicative, fast and provided excellent customer service.
We will use them in the future and would highly recommend them as your first phone call when planning a move.

This company was contracted for my military move and they were amazing. Professional, attention to detail, friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Johnathan, Noe, and Mary were phenomenal, if anyone else is blessed with these individuals you are in great hands.

This was our second move with the Armstrong Company. We have found every single one of their employees - from estimators, office staff, drivers and local helpers to be first rate, professional and helpful. They put a human touch on what admittedly, very few people look forward to - the chaos of relocating. Their processes and constant communication removes a lot of that stress. These people have it down. Deliveries were on time - without incident and without any damage. What more could you want for? Five stars!

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Gabe and him dedicated team this week. My house was no small feat for sure. They were extremely helpful and professional. Moving can be a stressful event involving many people and several tasks that must be completed. I am so grateful to everyone at The Armstrong Company for making the process fast and extremely stress-free. Mr. Daniel was such a delight and came to my house to give me an estimate of the total cost of the move. He also used a calendar to inform me about the costs of the move based on the day of the week. Ms. Carla was communicative and kept me informed on the entire moving process. She even contacted me during the move to ensure things were progressing smoothly. After the move was complete, Ms. Carla checked in again to see if I needed anything else.
The movers, Mr. Hector, Rego, and Sergio, were great! First, I’m amazed that they could move items so quickly and carefully. We were moving from a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-story home to a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, two-story home. Moving out was about 4 hours, and moving in was about 3.5 hours. Also, it was very nice that we had the same movers for moving out and into the new home. Finally, at the end of the move, Rego was very professional and knowledgeable when signing the paperwork. I highly recommend using The Armstrong Company.
