He’s honest and straightforward with his feedback, and never tries to sell services that aren’t really necessary. Before doing any work, he clearly explains what the issue is and how he plans to fix it, which really helped me feel at ease. When I called for an estimate, he told me exactly when to come in, so I was able to use my time for other things instead of just waiting around. The results of the repair were excellent — everything was done with care, and I was very happy with how it turned out.

After my car accident, I was recommended this place, and I must say everything was handled perfectly—from the detailed consultation and car estimate to the insurance process. Jay, the owner, was incredibly kind and patiently explained everything, helping me understand how to deal with the confusing aspects of the accident.
The car repairs were done flawlessly and with great attention to detail, and I am deeply grateful for that. I highly recommend this place because of their efficient work, the owner’s friendly and thoughtful guidance, and, most importantly, the excellent quality of the car repairs, which left me truly impressed.
Thank you once again to Jay for providing such outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I had my car repaired at ARS Automotive Reconditioning Services after a fender bender in September, and I couldn't be more impressed. The owner was incredibly proactive and friendly over the phone, which made me choose this body shop. When I visited in person, he was even more welcoming and trustworthy.
When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new! The owner’s professionalism was evident all the way through, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the work. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just fix the exterior; they also cleaned and restored the interior to look brand new, which really touched me.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly body shop. If a friend ever needs car repairs, this is the first place I’ll recommend.

Came here to get an estimate to repair a small chip/dent on the bumper of my 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC 300.
This guy told me immediately that the cost will be close to $1000 and recommended me to wait and come back in a year or two.
He said it’s not worth it and offered to cover the small chip (that was showing black since my car is white) for free with a white paint he had at his auto shop.
He is straight to the point, brutally honest, and KIND🥹Thank you!!
Obviously, took the advice and didn’t repair.
Definitely coming back here though in a year or two!! Amazing💯❤️

I brought my car here to install a dashcam and replace a broken passenger side view mirror. Jay recommended the dashcam I should buy. He showed me how to use it and explained how to prevent the battery from draining if I don’t drive the car for more than three days. The side view mirror was replaced in less than an hour, and I was very satisfied with the results. Jay is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!

If you live in Dallas, car repairs are inevitable. Hail damages, bumper to bumpers, cracks, you name it. Over the past 10 years, I took my two cars here several times (I live 15 miles away). Finding a mechanic who explains everything, trying to help you, showing empathy - all the complications about cost, waiting, process - Jay is simply one of the most kind mechanic I have had. Oh I see someone left a bad review about hail damage repair and Jay replied. I fixed hail damages twice, and each time, it was repaired perfectly. Jay knows what it means a good repair whether body work or hail damage, or issues like those I had. Thank you so much Jay for your wonderful and kind work. An honest, caring, and highly skilled mechanic is a blessing for drivers from other countries or who are new to the city!

I had an amazing experience here. The owner and staff are very professional and provide really good customer service. I was on my way home from work when a large hailstorm hit the Prosper area last March, so my car had no choice but to be hit. It was the first time I've been hit by one in the 13 years I've lived in Texas. I went here through a friend's recommendation and the owner was really helpful to me, fixing it perfectly and even helping me with other services. He is truly an amazing person and I deeply appreciate his kindness! Thanks again!
