The personnel were very helpful. I purchased a tablet and traded in a phone. The person was great at helping me with the pho e trade in and purchasing a tablet. I would highly recommend this store for AT&T for any accessories or phones.

Great experience at this location. They explained everything in detail, so I will understand the changes on my account. Very helpful too when I had to come the following day as the phone line didn’t transfer properly to the account.

Just stood and waited without anyone talking to me or asking me literally anything. There was one employee on the floor, and they made themselves comfy speaking to another customer.
So is everyone else supposed to just sit around and twiddle their thumbs for 10+ minutes? I didnt need complex service, just a question on stock. There was no check in system either. I just walked out after waiting.

Stopped by this location on the corner of Old Denton Rd and Hebron for an email issue . Spoke with sales representative Amari and Eli . Both were EVER so kind and helpful in correcting my problem. I’ll definitely be using this location in the future for any of my needs.

Amari literally saved me today...I was 45 mins from home and my phone was completely broken. Not only did she hook me up with the best phone on the market - but all I paid was sales tax!! AND she went out of her way to print out manual directions so I could get back while my data transferred. I couldn't be more grateful, and she was QUICK! Never had such a great experience in a phone store. THIS GIRL NEEDS SOME RECOGNITION AND A RAISE 🙌 She really cares about people and it shows...very rare these days. Thank you, Amari!!

Store smells like cigarettes. Looked like there was only one guy working around 6pm. He was helping one elder woman. He did not greet me. The elder woman was upset and they were back and forth for a while. Then he started teaching her every little thing about the phone while I just waited. It just seemed like she was there wasting his time and chatting away and he spent a good 30 minutes with her. Eventually I walked out the store and went to the Lewisville location to purchase a new phone. At&t quality is garbage though. The stores are seriously a mess of people working there.

I had a great experience at this AT&T store! I came in to trade in and upgrade my phone, and Amari helped me through the whole process. She transferred everything from my old phone to the new one seamlessly and made sure everything was working perfectly. She also helped me pick out a new case and screen protector—and applied the screen protector flawlessly. Amari was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
