We arrived at 10:02, shortly after another lady who came in when they opened at 10. We explained our request, and the employee started looking up our account using my driver’s license information. While he was doing this, he also assisted the other lady, who appeared to be having some issues. He made a phone call that went unanswered, and he seemed confused, though we weren’t sure why. We waited and browsed for about five minutes while he continued to assist her. Eventually, he asked if we could come back the next day. When I asked if he couldn’t help us today, he said no. We were only the second group in after opening, so we left and went to a different AT&T store, where we completed everything we needed. The customer service at this Hebron location was disappointing. They need to improve or hire and train better staff, as our request was not complicated.

Sean and Samuel provided excellent customer service this July 5th. I got the teacher discount, an iPhone 14, and am barely paying more than $8 per month more than my other carrier who doesn’t have good connectivity in the new area I live. The entire process was fast and efficient and I got my questions answered that helped me pick the right plan.

Absolutely stellar experience at the AT&T store on Hebron Road in Carrollton! I was there to upgrade my iPhone and add a new line. Not only was the process incredibly seamless, but the store manager, Sean, also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His exceptional service and expertise were evident, making the entire experience outstanding. I highly recommend this store for top-notch assistance and efficient service!

I encountered a very wonderful experience with Sean and Raeshelle. I have been having problems with paying my Uverse on line I have been going to the store to pay, Sean went above and beyond, he tried his best to help me. I was so pleased with the best customer service I have had in a long time. Although he couldn’t get me set it, it was the patient and the attention he gave. I want you guys to know what a great employee (s) you have at the Hebron location, thank you guys for a job well done
