The representative that helped me was phenomenally helpful and wonderful. I'm disappointed that I don't remember her name. Also the other gentleman that worked there was helping another customer and he was exceptional and informative. Both of these representitives deserve a raise!!!

The clerk was very busy, lots of customers in the store with more coming in. So that's the reason for the long wait. He wasn't able to fix my problems even though he did try and put in a new Sim card. I appreciate him trying

Best AT&T store in this area! The other stores did not try to help me out at all just because I want to sign up for prepaid, not postpaid. Marvin was really nice taking his time to set up 2 accounts for my family when we wanted to switch over from Tmobile post paid plan. Honestly I would have gone to Verizon if Marvin did not try to help me out because of bad customer service at other AT&T stores. No wonder why this store has good reviews and the store is always full with customers. Highly recommend this store for assistance!

??HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Evelyn Perez is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My iphone was acting up and she helped me twice! She fixed it, then I got on the road, and it dropped WiFi and cellular again. I went back, and she was on top of it. Knew exactly what to do. She helped me while helping other customers at the same time.
I was in the store no more than 30 mins total for both visits. You can’t find kindness like this anymore. I am very grateful for her! ????????
If you have AT&T as your carrier, GO SEE EVELYN! Even if it’s a drive. She is amazing. ????????

I went there to see about a new phone. The first thing he said was let me look at your plan; which I didn't need.
He said he could save me some money on my plan which I was leery about because I already pay $70 including all the bells and whistles.
My phone had to be ordered to arrive in three days. When I received my confirmation email, it said my new bill was going to be over $200 but my first bill would be $184.20.
When I stopped by on Sunday to talk to him about why I'm paying over double, he said he added insurance and a "next up" fee. I was not aware of that and he stated he told me. No sir. Because if you knew my situation, you would know I cannot afford to pay an extra dime. I would have said no to insurance and any other fees. Anyway, he denied everything.
I felt I was deceived in order for him to make commission. He also tried pretty hard to sell me accessories which I declined at that moment. I requested that he cancel everything he did and just leave everything as it was. He said he couldn't. I had to call 611 (customer svc). I did and unfortunately, they cannot put me back on my plan.
So here I am with no phone and an outrageous phone bill. I came for a phone not to change my plan.

Martin was wonderful, he got me as soon as I came in and put a screen protector on perfectly for me no problem! Much better service than the other AT&T store on Hebron. I’ll be back here again!!!
