Had to stop here to update my information. Unfortunately AT&T wasn't able to verbally modify my personal information over the phone. I found there's a circle of how the system works. The Apple Store sells, and handles particular device issues, and the AT&T individual stores sell accessories, and items as well however they do other things that the Apple Store or the AT&T phone representatives can't do either. This was interesting for me to learn, we're never too old to find out new information. Seth was a great Authorization Representative, and staff member. He understood what I needed, told me about How long it'll be before the system updated my information. Then I Thanked him, and was off to my next stop. I'll definitely return to this location if I'm looking for any other products or I just need help answering questions.

The manager Diego took great care of us. Very attentive, very informed, he answered the questions we had, gave us some advice to improve our account and the sale and activation was super fast. I am very happy with my experience, especially with Diego.

I went there to see if they could help me with setting up my new samsung phone and they told me they couldn't help because they didn't know how to use android phones.

I had traded my old phone into this location as part of the next program. They accepted my phone and gave me documentation saying they did so. A few months later I received an email from ATT saying that my phone was never received and I'll be charged for it.Ultimately this store said they sent my device in (they were unable to provide any tracking when they did so) but received it back for unknown reasons. They then held onto the device for months and never followed up. The store employees were very unhelpful and initally acted as if they didn't perform this function until I provided documentation.While I was in the store I also witnessed another customer come in. They had called in advance about whether a device was available or not and when they arrived the employees told them it wasn't despite saying something differently on the phone.

Every time I go into this store, there is only one rep having to help plenty of customers. I’ve walked out twice previously bc they are busy (this is not the store’s fault, but more staffing would help). Today I decided to wait because I called earlier today to get more details about a trade in. I was told I could get the new phone and keep my phone for 30 days to get fixed before trading it in. I was helped by Martin today in store today and after he called a manager, I was told I had to buy my current phone outright or fix the phone before the trade in, no 30 day window as I was previously told by another rep. Wasted my time, this location needs help and to be on the same page. this was a frustrating experience but the only reason it’s 2 stars instead of 1 was because Martin was empathetic of the situation and apologized for me being misinformed, even though it was someone else’s mistake. Would not recommend coming to this location.
