Today I was in need of road service for a dead car battery. My insurance company notified me that Auto Rescue would be meeting me in approximately 1.5 hrs. Auto Rescue kept me updated as to when the service rep would arrive. John from Auto Rescue arrived in an hour
He was very polite and friendly. He had the car running within 5 minutes. I thought he was a good represenative for the company he worked for.

Via Geico, I scheduled a jump start when I was stuck at a park in Ft Myers. Within 20 mins, John came and was able to get me quickly back on the road! He was professional and answered my questions!! Thank you!

I locked my keys in my car 2 days before Christmas and called Geico for roadside assistance, they sent Auto Rescue and I was frequently updated via text, and since I had a 102 minute wait had a wonderful lunch while waiting. Cabral was my tech, and he was fast and competent and very friendly. I would reccomend this place

Better hope it's not an emergency, 2pm on a Sunday and it takes them 3 hours to come for a flat tire.

All state used this company for roadside assistance. Apparently they could not help because they dont have the right equipment to change a flat tire. WHAT?

I was referred through roadside assistance and they never showed up. They ended up cancelling the call almost two hours later.

Needed tire changed and called my insurance. This company accepted the job and I got a call from them shortly after. Rep asked me a bunch of questions about where I’m at and what type of service I need just to say they have to cancel my request. She stated that they didn’t have the tools to change my tire . Wasted my time and my insurance time .

What a scam! I explicitly told them not to send some who knows only how to jump start but need one who knows to disarm car alarm and they sent a noobie! Now they don’t want to refund! Great! What a waste of time and energy!

Do not use. Terrible service. Kept saying “10 minutes” away, an hour later and still was not able to speak to the dispatcher. Do not recommend

Hope you don’t need them in an emergency! They might never show up. Stranded at 11am with a flat. Requested roadside assistance and got an ETA of 11:55. 11:58 rolls around so I called dispatch and they tell me the driver is 35-40 mins away. Fine. They said they’d have the driver Tarik call me to confirm. No call. 12:45 comes up and still no one here. I call dispatch again and they tell me he’s still 35 minutes away with no explanation as to why I haven’t heard from him or why the arrival time hasn’t budged. Meanwhile their tracking app is telling me 11:55am still. Had to cancel all together and Uber home so I could make it to work in time. Completely useless and incompetent. Thanks for nothing!

Technician showed up to put on a spare tire, did that and informed us the spare was flat and we'd need to fill it, then left immediately before we realized the spare wasn't good to drive on even to go straight to get it filled. Basically never solved any problem, not even a bare minimum of getting us back on the road. GEICO should drop ARS. Technician's name is Enrique in Portland, OR
