From the moment Raul arrived and I greeted him at the front door I knew it was going to be a positive experience! The team of 5 were rock stars and extremely professional! They were also kind and courteous not only to us but to ALL the furniture and our belongings!!

AWard Moving Services destroyed almost every bit of furniture we owned, including breaking our TV, deep gashes in our dining room table, scratches in our desk, breaking off the bottom piece of our dresser, destroying our bar stools, media chairs, and brand-new area rug by improperly transporting and storing them.
We are out of pocket tens of thousands of dollars that they won't reimburse us for. How does a moving company destroy all of your belongings and then not replace them?! Their behavior and lack of professionalism is disgusting and upsetting. Please do not hire/support AWard Moving Services, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I hired Award to pack a moving trailer for me. Raul was very helpful with scheduling. He explained the process specific to wrapping my furniture and all accessorial charges. Robert and Fidel were the gentlemen who actually performed the work and they were phenomenal! They were so efficient in their processes and so much fun to work with! Genuinely nice guys who happen to be very good at their jobs! They made a stressful process quite pleasant. I can't thank them enough!

We used them this past weekend to move our whole house. This was a great moving experience! The workers were very kind and very hard working. They went above and beyond making sure everything was packed with care and they were also fast. I would use them again and highly recommend them if you are in need of reliable movers!!

This company is very honest in what they told me upfront and what they delivered. The moved our 4 bedroom home about 90 miles to a new 4 bedroom home. They were on time, courteous and kept me informed throughout the move. They brought 4 movers to do the job and then they did set up my furniture where I asked them to. The customer service they offer in great. I highly recommend Award Moving Services.

I have moved over 25 times and Award Moving Services provided the best experience with moving that I have ever had. They were on time, professional and courteous. This is the first move that I've ever had where nothing was broken or damaged. They have my highest recommendation!

Update to my previous post. My husband was contacted by the Manager of the business. We both had the opportunity to explain our experiences with her company and the movers themselves and what occurred that day. After several weeks, the manager had agreed to refund us our gas and Uhaul rental. We received the Cheque and are satisfied with outcome.

Where do i start...what a great experience! Moving is already stressful but these guys know how to come in and take care of stuff! I've now used this moving service for the third time and don't think I can go anywhere else! They called prior to coming and arrived on time. They are always fast, efficient, courteous, professional and very careful with my boxes and furniture items and they carefully wrapped my couch and fragile items. I will definitely be recommending my co-workers and friends, these guys really know what they're doing and I trust them with my belongings. I really can't say enough good things about this company.

The company had someone come and and walk through our home. We then received a not to exceed estimate quoted with two truck and 4 men.We had an Email from a gentleman that stated the guys would be out at the home by 730. Then the day before, we received a VM from a lady stating the guys would be leaving at 730am and getting to our home by 9-930 Monday morning. We had hired them to move from Watauga to Waxahachie.The day of, the guys showed up around 9. At about 11, my husband text me and said that one of the guys had a family emergency and was leaving with one of the smaller trucks. Which left us with One large truck and 3 men. Now let me be clear, we did not have a lot of BIG items!! We were compensated by them switching the $185/hr to $168/hr.When the guys arrived, everything was going fine. Guys were polite, had masks in etc. then some of the items they had brought in were damaged. It was a storage cube and it looked like it had been dragged through the gravel, on both ends of the unit! Second item, was being carried up by one of the workers that had two other heavy boxes on top of a box that was CLEARLY marked with fluorescent pink tap “ FRAGILE”!!!! It was my fine china wine glasses and upon opening the box, the glasses where shattered!!!! I made some comments to the guys and they didn’t really say anything. So by the end of the day which was about 5pm, we had asked what kind of compensation the company had for damaged property. They said they were trying to get a hold of their manager/boss to find out what they should do. So when the one mover finally sat down with us to collect payment, he said that typically the company does not compensate for damaged property that was not packed by them but the owner/manager was willing to give us $100 for our damaged property. But here’s the kicker… our bill was a couple hundred dollars more than the given quote. The guy said we were not charged for bubble wrap etc but after the small tokens they proved us, our bill ended up just slightly under our original quote??? So this was on a Monday. We had to make several more trips an hour each way because guess what…. We had tons of items still left at our house to load up in our personal vehicles. How do you hire a moving company with a huge Semi trailer and still have car loads of stuff to pack up. We even had to rent a uhaul which cost us another $200. I’m so angry will the lack of professionalism with this company. I tried contacting one of the owners via email bout it’s been a week since, and I’ve heard nothing!!!
