Super slow customer services. Do not recommend to come here. Waste my business time. Long line waiting for services but only 1 staff is working. That is why the business always choose Chase bank NOT Bank of America.

My husband went in with my dad yesterday 5/4/2020 had a hat on stood away from everyone due to social distancing and guess the women who works there got scared thinking he was going to rob the bank, security came over asked him to remove his hat at first my husband thought he said nice hat but security said he was frightening the women there. He wasn't the only man there with a hat on he told the security officer he was there helping his father n law but that's a shame we are doing social Distancing and still have issues. I'm hoping this is not a racial issue!

The drive threw was closed, inside line literally almost out of the bank door, customers yelling that this bank isn't the only bank in town and they will go elsewhere, customer service agents have broken equipment and don't know how to help the customers they are working with, one teller working. Total time in the bank to make a simple deposit is 20 minutes so far and I still have 5 people in front of me.

Always dislike coming to this branch.. horrible lines in the lobby AND the drive through.. taking forever! Closes at 4PM during the week.. ugh! Not sure how this branch stays open??

I come here because my boss sends me. They take for ever at the drive thru. Once I was at the drive thru and I could hear what the car in front of me and the teller were gossiping about. Really? This is very unprofessional. And when I get to work my boss says why did you take so long? And he answers himself by saying, oh I forgot you also had to go to bank of america.

I wonder how these people stay in business...I like to pay my credit early and I have done so for the last two years like this with no problem..... Apparently, they said I paid my bill two days early, so I actually had credit in my account and I was charged a late fee the next 2 months. I called them and they wouldn't help...Thanks to JENNIFER SNYDER for not helping at all!
