Sue Doh is absolutely amazing. I did not have a great opinion of help at a bank before her, now I’m just so happy. Great job Bank of America for having such an amazing person on your team.

We had such an awesome experience opening 4 new accounts at one time. Nina G was not only very competent at her job, she was very engaging and friendly. I had my 18 yr old nieces with me, and she took the time to educate them on the new accounts. It made a checklist item WAY more fun! I highly recommend this location - and Nina specifically.

Horrible service at this location,I made an appointment 2 weeks ago I had to leave work early to be on time and when I get there the woman says there is nobody to help me open my new account. I kept asking then why you made appointments if there is going to be nobody to help? She just kept saying there is nobody to help you if you want to make another appointment or stop by another day. That was very annoying and disappointing as they didn't even try to help at all. So sad

Do not use they’re atm at these location. I tried to make a payment on my credit card for $400 on cash and these atm just got stuck making a beeping sound and didn’t stopped. Checked my account online and guess what? No payment was made. ?After calling customer service they only told me wait for one or two billing cicles and we might post your payment. 3rd time these happens to me and last 2 times they did not give my money back.That’s not fair for any body.And just to mention there were two guys working on the other atm and asked for help just laughed at me. I’m 8 months pregnant ?? so that’s not fair either. I will be canceling my bank account.

Try not to go this branch. Find another one. I had an appointment and even received a confirmation email. When I got there, they said they do not offer the service i appointed. I showed them the confirmation email, but all they said was there is nothing they can do with very rudeness. Terrible customer service

Came here to withdraw $5000 in $100 notes for an overseas trip. About 15 of the notes are worn out bill, as example, you can't even see the Ben's face clearly. Those that travel overseas knows that merchant and money change overseas won't accept a bad condition note. The teller said he had no control of the bill and the merchant, quote "not our problem" . Which I understand, all I'm asking is to show some customer service for a not so unreasonable request. The worn out bill will be return to the federal reserve anyway and taken out from circulation. I have been a loyal customer for 22 years, why can't you go extra mile, Bank of America?

TYPICAL TERRIBLE BoA SERVICE ! ALWAYS ONLY 1 TELLER ON DUTY !My average wait time in line is at least 20-25 minutes ! BoA doesn't care about customer service in branches. They just keep cutting back and as small business with few accounts, I always need to go into branch.The out of touch CEO for BoA is closing more branches , but not moving tellers to other local branches to serve customers. Even Community Banks always have more than 1 teller throughout the week, and Managers step up to help.Everyone in line says the same, so when is the CEO going to start paying attention to its customer needs vs profit! If I could do less than one star that would be rating. Consider going to a Community Bank for better service

Horrible service won't cash a check, what happen to America has every business forgot how they got start "Customer Service" really sad how the attitude of how you are treat almost felt like second class-short no explanation except move away from window I'm done with- my best guess she was or the company carries the polical ideology of the far left. But rest assured will not step another foot in a Bank of America--- suggestion new name of your business because it's differently not anything short of America.

I visited this branch after a few years and was pleasantly surprised with the speed and courtesy of the teller. Will be making another visit today :-)

The bank itself is decent but the service is slower than molasses.Every time I’m here there is only one teller working and the wait is always more than 20 minutes. This place is packed with people and you would think as vigilant as they are about social distancing they would employ more tellers to move people in and out of their building faster.

This Bank wouldn't cash a check for me from their own institution.. they said it was because my 2nd form of identification (A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD) wasn't enough even though I also provided them with my state issued DL. This bank told me that the only way they would cash their own check for me was if I provided a major credit card. Horrible.

They temporarily closed the location without notifying their customer. I have a safety deposit box in this location where I keep my important documents including my passport. I have plans to travel and needed the passport. When I went to get the passport I found out that this location is temporarily closed. Apparently I found out that they've been closed for months and nobody had notified their customers. There's a note in their front door saying if we need to access our safety deposit box to contact them through email and someone will get back in 24 hours. Well I did that but nobody contacted me. I have to call the following day and after several tries was able to talk to their department that handles the issue.Even after I told them that I needed right away my passport, it will still be 3 business days before someone locally will contact me. So in the end it took a week for me to access my safety deposit box from the time I found out that they were closed. When I accessed my account there's several customers in line who have the same problem as mine. The worst thing is that I still received a notification from BA for my annual renewal fee for my safety deposit box even after I told them that I'm closing it. Apparently each branch are not communicating because the manager at the Hebron 121 branch said that I could go to any branch that's open and closed it but when I made my appointment to their branch at 121 josey lane they said they have to contact the branch 121 Hebron. Worst banking experience I had..
