When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. The cashier ID: 3628542 was lovely and she was the best part of my visit.

Awesome service! Julie and Amanda tried helping me find a distinct smell hand soap and well we couldn’t find it because I didn’t remember the name of it. They were great at trying, and well now that I’m home I look at the bottle and it’s Fiji whiTe sands, I told them there was a T in the spelling of the scent??.

Nice ladies, but not all of them are on the same page when it comes to knowledge.They were out of the one item I went in for. I was told about the buy 3 get 1 free sale. I shopped the store and picked out several other items that weren't on sale. The lady by the door told me they had tried to order the item I was in for, and they still haven't received any. I asked if they could order it for me and ship it to me and still get the same price. I was told yes.I stood at check out and watched a girl stock as I waited. The girl stocking NEVER offered help and didn't let anyone know I was waiting.After a few minutes of waiting, I waved to the greeter at the front of the store, who sent someone to help me.The lady that came to the checkout counter and started ringing my sale told me about the sale and that I could get another item to qualify for the sale. When I asked her to order it for me, she gave me a sour look and said she couldn't do that, so I left my items on the counter and proceeded to walk out.A SALE WAS LOST!There was no apology as well as no concern, and you're the person ringing sales!I'll get a gift card from Lewisville store and give them the sale, as well as the job security.Train your people!Acknowledge people!DO customer SERVICE .... because that is what you're getting PAID TO DO!

Great store, very organized and neat. I was looking for an item that my mother wanted and asked employee Talia for help. She was so helpful and also suggested other items that my mom might like. When I gave my mom her gift basket she was so delighted!! Thank you Bath and Body work for your wonderful items and great team members

I had one of the most humiliating experiences in this store. I can honestly say I felt discriminated against by workers Jenn, Barbara, and their manager Valmarie. I came to this store because it is close to my place of employment. I had a coupon for a free candle that I received via email due to me being a rewards member. I selected a candle and bought over $200 worth of fragrances to give as gifts. We were trying to use the coupon but it was not scanning. The cashier (Jenn or Barbara) were trying to convince that this was not a BBW coupon because there was no BBW in front of the series of numbers. I tried to tell them why would BBW send me a fraudulent coupon. I then read further and only 3 candles were in the free candle promotional coupon.From the very beginning of presenting my candle coupon, I was met with apprehension as to the validity of my coupon. Once we were able to use it, we proceeded with my purchase. The sale was buy 3, get 1 free. After my discount of over $75 I still spent $168. The real disrespect began when I asked for 5 of the small tote bags to use as gift bags for my purchase. First, I was lied to and told they had no bags. I watched as they gave other customers the very bags I asked for. I was then told I could have the cellophane bags. I told them I did not want those bags. I asked again and stated why I wanted the bags. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by both Jenn and Barbara. One told me "I had a bag!" This was the one big bag they put all my purchases in. Then they told me the "holiday bags" were not to be given away. To add insult to injury, I was told those bags were only for customers. I said, "What am I?" I was about to leave but went back and demanded my refund. I explained to manager Valmarie why I wanted a refund and she proceeded to tell me how she instructed her staff to give me the bags. I'm done with these unprofessional people who think I'll spend my money with them.Bath and Body Works, please teach your staff what customer service means. I'll be calling your corporate office later today. This incident occurred Monday 4/24 on Josey Lane.

The products are the same and that's the reason I would stop here in an emergency for a gift or something. But as far as management and lazy staff, I'll go elsewhere. You wouldn't need to train anyone new if the staff on Sunday would work. Oh, and dust the clock!

I went in to exchange an aromatherapy lotion I purchased in December 2022. Started using on January 16 2023. Product was watery and smelled rancid. I spoke with Janet, I assume that is her name since I had to ask for it four times. She said unless you have a receipt I can not help you. Not what it states on the web site. Had to call corporate to take care of the issue which I did at another location. I will no longer shop at Bath and Body due to Janet's horrible service.
