You will come out a better person with improved mobility and motion. The exercises with Nisha are challenging, but they produce noticeable results. Well worth the time, especially with the friendliness and care Nisha shows!

I am currently in physical therapy. My PT is Michael George he has been patient and encouraging when I did not feel up to certain exercises. I have started walking better and have much less pain. I am fortunate to have Michael George as my physical therapist. He is definitely a 5 star
