ATM has been offline pretty much half the time I've tried to use it. EDIT: seven friggin months later and they were replacing the ATM while I went inside to deposit a check. SEVEN MONTHS. But when I went in at that time, prompting this review, I complained to the manager and told them they need a new ATM, he was completely dismissive toward me. Yet it turns out I was right after all. I hate this branch, the only thing I like about it is the teller that I can talk basketball with.

I have a 5 star cleaning business in the DFW area and one of my new clients paid me with a check from this bank. When I went in to cash it, the female teller gave me a hard time. She asked for 2 proofs of id and when I pulled out my temporary license which is issued by the state of Texas she says that it was unacceptable. I understand that businesses have their rules however it was her whole vibe. She was asking questions and acting as if she was suspicious of the transaction. I left and just deposited it at my bank without an issue. Based on how I was treated today, I wouldn't want to do business with them again or even suggest their services. I really hate that I didn't get the teller's name! She was a older lady and had an accent like she maybe from India. I was so annoyed by how I was being treated that I just wanted to get out as soon as possible!

We are regular customers of PNC Bank. During the recent visit, we met a new banker, Ian B. who provided a wonderful service and experience. He provided detailed explanations and was patient made sure we understood the information as well as executing everything efficiently and accurately. Again many thanks to Ian!

I totally agree with Mathew. I will try not to go to this bank unless necessary. Robert Nam is very rude and inconsiderate person. I waited for 45 minutes for notary then he refused to notarize my documents. He said he can only notarize documents that was related to PNC. I had a lot purchase agreement that I paid cash. I hope the bank soon realizes and fires this unfriendly banker.

First I’ve to say I’ve had a wonderful experience at this branch until I met one Mr Robert Nam today. He’s racist to the core. Once he pulled up my account information he started to ask for proof of my immigration status to do a simple service that other banks needed only my Drivers License and SSN to do. I had my valid Id card yet this man refused. I rushed back home came back with all the immigration documents and he didn’t have the face to look at me. People like Robert Nam shouldn’t be doing any type of customer service job.

Literally worse customer service ever, the cashier told she is being 20 years working for this bank but she still doesn’t know how to solve problems from clients, she didn’t even try.. I don’t like to post negative comments but I don’t like to be treated like that either.

The most stingy bank I've ever done business with. Closed the account, went to Navy Federal and FNBO and got $80k to start my business.

Trying to get a hold of this specific branch is impossible. Literally sat on hold in silence for 15 minutes before giving up. How difficult is it to answer a phone? Called 2 other branches and every single one of them answer except this 1. Ridiculous.
