One of the best dealer alternative shop in the DFW area. Very easy to work with and very prompt on their service and recommendations. Been taking my Audi at Blair for 5+ years and now my Land Rover Defender too. Highly recommended.

Great and I mean Great alternative to Dealer Service Dept. I don't know why it took so long for me to try them out for the non warranty items. Their 4 wheel alignment was about 60% cheaper than the what the dealer wanted. These guys are great!

Went to the Plano location for a leaking fuel sender seal for my old Mercedes. I had pulled the seat and identified the problem before hand. They recommended to replace the entire unit for more than I was willing to spend at the time. They agreed to do just the seal with no warranty. They did a good job replacing the seal and cleaning it up.
This made it easier to see the leak was actually not from the seal. Rolled the dice and lost that one. Took it back to do the entire unit replacement. They were very good on communication and keeping me updated. They got me serviced quickly even if quite busy. They made sure the car was fanned out overnight instead of soaking in gasoline smell. The little things count.

The team at Blair Automotive are the epitome of what customer service should look like. I called shortly before they closed and they spoke with me for about 10 minutes to better understand my issue(s). I brought my car in the next day and they were able to have me back up and running in approximately 2 days and it was a complicated job. I recommend anyone with a Euro vehicle to go to Blair for the amazing service and top notch work they do.

My experience at Blair was exceptional. I’ll always bring my vehicle here from now on. They offer fair pricing and provide outstanding service.
Scheduling my service was a breeze, and the team kept me informed with constant updates, so I always knew what was happening. They even washed my car, which was a nice touch!
The courtesy Lyft service they offer is a game changer if you can’t wait at the shop.

Everything about the experience at Blair was positive. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They will patiently answer questions but they also ask questions to make sure things aren’t being done without reason.
The main entrance/waiting area is immaculate and has plenty of amenities if you’re waiting.
They were suggested to me by a friend and I will definitely be passing on the favor.
