  I’ve been seeing Tracy for about 8/9 years. No one will EVER touch my eyebrows but her. The customer service is ALWAYS on point! Pedicure, manicures, eyelashes whatever you need she will hook you up!!! She is literally family. There’s no one like her!!!

  The owner is very nice. She is only one that does the services. No other employees. It would be hard to do a walk in.
  The salon is dirty. You can’t even see through windows.
  There is product all over the place. On the floor, on other empty nail tables and piled in bins. I don’t think it’s been refreshed since it open 25& years ago. Had a dipped mani. Looked very nice and natural just like I like it. Unfortunately, most cracked less than a week after having done which I believe is due to old product. Will not return which is a shame because owner is so pleasant and salon very convenient to where I live.

  I am so glad I found Tracy! Great customer service. I was able to show her a picture and she was able to do all the designs, shape, and style and added her own unique touch that was better than what I asked for. Excellent attention to detail and very fun and creative, all for a great price. I definitely would recommend her services whether you want long or short, she does it all!

  Tracey is the absolute best! She is so skilled and caring. After multiple failed attempts at other neighboring nail salons, I was so glad I found Tracey. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she was actually listened to what I wanted and walked me through each step. I felt so at ease with her and didn’t have to worry if my nails were going to be perfect! Will be back often and recommended this salon to friends & family!

  I came to this place for the first time and will be my last. After calling to see if they had availability she told me they did to go ahead and come, I patiently waited and picked out a nail color. The beginning was great, doing my nails she was watching a show on her iPad which was fine but she was getting real distracted and left some nails thicker than others. One of her clients called and said they were running late, and as soon as she got there she rushed through the rest of my nails. I had asked for chrome nails in the beginning and showed her what I wanted she then tested out one nail and asked if that was what I wanted I told her no I wanted a chrome with no green tint, and told me “hurry up I don’t have time” SO RUDE!!!!! I ended up telling her never mind I don’t want chrome anymore just so that I could leave. Definitely don’t recommend unless you want rushed nails if you’re not a regular client.

  I am visiting from Arizona and had a nail emergency. Tracy not only provided me with a same-day appointment, she did an amazing job! She was so friendly and personable and within minutes I felt like I had known her forever. Instead of feeling awkward or out of place in a new nail salon, I felt right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracy and Blooming Nails & Skin Care.
