My experience with this Caliber Collision has been unparalleled. And that’s not a term I use lightly. Everyone was friendly, Ashley walked me through every step of the process and was so warm every time I talked with her. Cody took great notes of what needed repairing and even worked with the Mechanic for me on my concerns. He was very responsive and even made me a quote for my next repair (unrelated to this accident.) I was a restaurant manager, so I know a thing or two about customer service. The level of care and communication I received from the team here was amazing. I’m absolutely coming back for any future needs. I’ve already recommended them to a coworker the day after I received my car.You can tell the people employed love their job and stay for good reason.Also thank you so much to everyone behind the scenes that also worked on my vehicle. I may not have met you personally, but I promise you’ve had a positive Impact on my experience.

I was having another issue after I had great body work done after I gave a poor survey I brought my car back to Caliber Collision & they gave an assessment what was happening & they quickly found out what was happening & now I am overly happy & they have precision & always a cut above the competition & you are always gonna get there best foot forward of all your needs... so I would send all my neighbors to come to Caliber Collidin in Carrollton off of I-35! They are the best!
