Disappointed this year. Tried their pick and plant service in which a Calloway employee helped us select the plants and their installer planted everything. What didn't die on the first week, never bloomed. I question their quality, and will try a different nursery next spring

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my exceptional experience at Calloways and with Layne. After moving here from out of state a year ago, I started visiting Calloways every Sunday after church. I first met Layne about a year ago, and her knowledge and expertise in helping me establish my indoor plants was second to none. I consider myself to have a decent green thumb, but she really helped me understand the plants I was buying and the care they needed.
Fast forward to the summer of 2024, I still go to Layne for everything. I just put new sod in my yard this spring and was ready to plant my flowerbeds. Layne helped me choose the most beautiful flowers and arranged for them to be professionally installed. I can't say enough about her customer service and her passion for plants. Calloways always has the best quality plants and products, and they even guarantee all the plants you buy from them, which is incredible.
I 100% recommend Calloways, and if you visit the Carrollton location, ask for Layne. I promise you won’t be disappointed with her service and expertise. Thank you so much, Layne! Here are some pictures of my finished flowerbeds and before sod and plants. I didn't take pictures of all the plants I bought, but trust me, I have a plethora of them, and they are all healthy and thriving. I have only lost a few and thankfully they are all replaced by Calloways! Worth the money you spend here!

I am here to sing the praises of Sarah Green, store manager of Callaway’s Carrollton! She was such a tremendous help with my landscape redesign. We had over 70 plants and trees to find and plant. She volunteered to call all her associate stores and transfer what plants were missing from her store so we had one place to pick up and purchase. In addition, because of the storm back memorial day, we were extremely delayed in picking those plants up. At that point, we owned the plants but she took great care of those plants sitting in her back lot until we had an opportunity to pick up and plant. Sarah was instrumental in our success and I can’t thank her enough!

I recently visited Calloway's Nursery in Carrollton, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Their selection is truly impressive, featuring a huge variety of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, roses, and herbs. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, you'll find everything you need here.What really stood out to me was the exceptional assistance I received from Layne Riley, the Nursery Department Manager. She helped me pick the perfect plants for my flower bed and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of all the different plant varieties and their tolerance to the Texas heat. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and informative.If you're looking for a top-notch nursery with a fantastic selection and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend Calloway's Nursery in Carrollton. I'll definitely be returning for all my gardening needs!

I absolutely love this place!! Layne is always so helpful, kind and knowledgeable, and offers the best advice when it comes to helping me pick out shrubs and flowers for my home. Shes like family to me.

The plants are pretty, but the staff is NOT helpful and when they mess up the advertisement they don’t have the guts to stand and admit they messed up and honor the advertisement. Instead, the rude child at the register came and told us the Manager was too busy to talk with us and it was FINE that we just put back the large plants. So my takeaway is that they have PLENTY of business and don’t need mine. They let me down for the last time……. I will go to Hebron Gardens.

This nursery is amazing, the flowers ? are beautiful. I went just to view and fell in love with a lemon tree . For what I understand they can be planted in a pot . The staff was very nice and attentive. I will definitely be back for my lemon ? ? as I love ❤️ plants and ? ??????
