Worked for this company for just about a year. Management changed and everything went downhill. I wasn’t able to receive my vacation time that I worked very hard for and earned because a very selfish manager didn’t want to allow me time off. I ended up resigning after I realized she had a “one size fits all” attitude about our positions and our job tasks. She was the judge, jury, and executioner. I shared my situation with the corporate office and they would not pay me for the vacation time that I lost but I so righteously earned. They never responded to my plea regarding this unjust matter. This company that has no integrity or moral character. The department I worked in lost an average of one employee per month when I worked there. This company doesn’t appreciate their people and doesn’t reward them for their efforts. Not one person reached out as to why I resigned or what could they could have done to rectify the situation.

I had to quit the job as a laundry aide because my supervisor had on numerous occasions mislead me and or tried to pressure me into taking on additional shifts and roles after I was denied for the roles on application. The pay is terrible when claiming competitive wages

Use caution before you put your loved one in one of their facilities. And I pray you never find yourself in the position of having them owe you money, because they will jerk you around and around. I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund check for money I paid out of pocket, for which I was later awarded returned by a Medicaire Judge…They got the money back in October of 2023, and here we are in March of 2024, still waiting on a check from CANTEX Corp…If I was waiting for oxygen from these people, I’d be dead…$4284 Dollars still sitting in their bank, and not mine.

HEY YOU ! Checking your insurance to see if this is a good fit? DONT DO IT!! This is not a good place to put your loved one. Don't let the look of it fool you.
The corporate CEOs just care about " looking," like advocates for people and health but honestly, it's just big business for them. KEVIN FLURY and Peter Longo and CEO ROBIN UNDERHILL, are all about what it looks like.
You really have no leadership or oversight in these facilities. Everybody is doing what they please.
There is no accountability. All the staff does what they desire with no time frame in mind. This is scary.

HORRIBLE. They refuse to pay their local vendors for thousands of dollars of merchandise. A small business who went out of their way to provide anything and everything they needed is now going unpaid and ignored.

The nurse manager Brenda and the other nurse manager Sheretta are very helpful at the Cedar Hill location. They are very prompt with assisting with our needs.
