I bought a truck from some random lot in Dallas a few years back and had nothing but issues with it. I bought a car 8 months ago from these guys and not only was the process fast and easy, but I haven't had not 1 single issue with the car that I only spent 6k on. You guys are awesome!!

It was good at first until I saw oil leaking from the headers, so I told them about the problem and they fixed it, but a few months later now there's oil leaking into the spark plugs and not only the sparks but the front and rear crankshaft seal I called them with the problems only to be told that they're a dealership not a mechanic shop.

Mauro was very on point with everything. I purchased my first car from him and he was very upfront with the minor issues the car had (and fixed everything for no additional fee), the costs, and estimated time that everything would be ready. He was quick to respond to all my messages and calls. He gave me a very fair price that I was satisfied with, made sure that the car was ready for me when it came time to purchase it, and made everything such a breeze. I recommend his dealership!

DO NOT PURCHASE CAR FROM THIS PLACE! You cannot trust what they say. They will lie to you when it is time to buy the car, and then when you call back about the issues you're having, they will ATTACK you without properly listening to your situation and essentially tell you you are wrong no matter what. This is grade A used car salesman tactics, and it sickens me that I trusted them at all. My car had a service now indication from the day I bought the car, but when I asked about the service now indicator, they told me that it was nothing; they had already inspected the car and just needed to reset the service now. I specifically asked if there was any major issues with the car such as to the structure or powertrain, etc.. They told me there was nothing wrong, but maybe I might need an oil change. I believed them and bought the car (I know my mistake though I've had good experiences with other used car locations before). The service now indicator came back on the same day, and I was having some issues starting the car sporadically, so I took it to Firestone and another car repair shop to check it out first instead of calling the dealer because I thought there may be some minor maintenance issue. I was told that the high pressure fuel pump and the timing chain needed to be replaced. I had a warranty for the car so I called the warranty to see if they would cover the timing chain, but they said no since it was a pre-existing issue even before I bought the car and the dealership should have told me about it. When I called Car Experts Group, after 1 minute of me talking and explaining my situation, they simply started attacking me, telling me the warranty company was wrong, the repair shop was wrong, and that I was wrong. Everyone else was wrong but them. Just horrible, non-professional experience and would not recommend them to anyone!

The whole car buying experience was a pleasure. Mario goes out of his way to assure customer satisfaction. I'm sure he has a huge return customer base. I know that I will purchasing my cars from him again in the future. Very professional and personable. His overhead is much lower than his competitors, allowing him to offer quality luxury vehicles at much lower prices . Thanks Mario !!!

Had a great experience with the purchase of our new to us Jag. It wasn't the one I came to see, I ended up getting the one on the show room floor. Mauro took time after business hours for me to test drive the car I bought.

We recently bought a car from Mauro for our son. There has been some slight repairs that have been needed in the week that we've got it and he has been wonderful at letting him take it back in and having it looked at and fixing things even when we purchased it, everything that we saw that needed to be repaired was done in a timely fashion. He provided extensive Carfax reports and service reports. A great dealership if you want to foreign used car. I found the car through Facebook marketplace and his posting but we definitely recommend him and use again.

My brother was in and out quickly. He found the perfect car for him. The employee that took care of him was very nice and funny. He was very informative about the car. They use car fax too.
