These guys are def pros. I was so excited when I picked up my car. I already had a solid idea of the design I wanted. I worked with Philip and he took my design and made it even better. Now I know what it feels like to be a hot blonde - everybody turns my way to get a good look. I don't know why more people don't get their car wrapped. YOLO

Car wrap city in Carrollton did an absolutely fantastic job on my partial wrap. I gave Tatiana my website and she created the perfect wrap for my new real estate business. Could not be happier with the service and look!

I bought a new car, and wasn't going to pay extra money for a custom color, so I decided to get a wrap for two main reasons: it is cheaper than a paint job and it allows me to change the design later if I want.\\n\\nMy wife and I are video game nerds and we decided on a Mass Effect theme, but I am also a fan of the fender stripe a la Corvette Gran Sport. We figured out a design that we were both happy with, and we reached out on Facebook to people in our neighborhood for suggestions. Several mentioned Car Wrap City.\\n\\nThe people at Car Wrap were extremely accommodating, and they reviewed and accepted our design, they provided several options for material quality, as well as a color swath so we could see the actual color palette for ourselves. They took the measurements of the design, ordered the materials, and took delivery of the car for a few days (car had to be clean coming in).\\n\\nThe design turned out wonderfully, and we were very pleased with the look. Unfortunately, there were some lifting issues soon after we took the car home; we contacted Car Wrap again and they fixed them at the next available appointment, free of charge.\\n\\nFast forward a month or two, and we sadly got a long tear down the side of the front passenger quarter panel, right across the stripe. We contacted Car Wrap again, they booked us in at their next available appointment, and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of a paint touch up (the wrap protected the factory paint from any defects).\\n\\nThroughout all of this, their helpfulness and customer service have been top-tier, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. If I ever need another car wrapped, I will not hesitate to call Car Wrap City first.

Unorganized, bad communicators and sub par work. This was my first experience with getting a car wrap. I was originally told it would cost $3,000. I paid half and went in to pick my color. I was then put on the tentative schedule. Days later I was contacted and told they no longer have that color. Please pick another color. I drop my car off on the day and later get a call adding $200 for additional work. The pick up day was pushed twice. They did not re plugin one of my headlights. The actual work is fine but there has to be a better company to deal with.

I had my car wrapped here in 2018 and unwrapped in 2021. They did a great job. The guy who did my design doesn't work there anymore but I'm sure their other designers are probably good too. The wrap install was really well done and it got a lot of compliments

We hired this company to wrap one of our work trucks, it was our first and we checked around for the perfect company...From the design team and them not charging us for every single change to the shop that was beyond helpful in explaining all they do and why they do it.These guys are a step above, a business that will last for sure.I have nothing but great things to say about every single person that works here, I'm truly Amazed!!Got my next project going in soon ??

This place did everything to work with my ideas I wanted for my wrap. From they time WE spent putting the design together to the time they installed it. The reason I'm giving this place ONE star is because... when I paid the bill they said I wasn't allowed to have the design...I designed. I think if you create something you should have the right to keep it. Creators beware

Misleading information. I needed a quote. I could have saved time had I been told accurate information in the beginning.

Bad experience. They came out to get measurements, told me how excited they were to do the wrap job, then didn't follow back up with me for a week. When I checked in they said it was too hot in the summer heat and they are unable to do the job. This is a wrap company....located in Texas.....that can't work in the heat. Wow.
