Girlfriend took her car for a detail in November. They did a great job!However, BEWARE OF BUSINESS PRACTICE. Unfortunately, the girlfriend was signed up for a membership that was not verbally agreed to (or misunderstood). She signed the receipt unknowingly to a monthly subscription fee of 40 dollars a month.As it stands, this will be fought with the bank to receive her 240 dollars of payments made to Carnation. I will note, she never used the service! Hopefully we can reclaim the loss. The attorney general's office will be contacted.Seth (area manager for Carnation) was very understanding of the issue and tried his best to remedy the situation, but to no avail. There is no customer service line or directory besides going in-person.I would recommend if you are using this facility to CHECK YOUR RECIEPT. Their business practice is definitely suspect to fraudulent behavior. They preyed on my girlfriend and they will continue to do so.
