I have had really good experiences here and some very annoying ones. Opened a new account and it was great and easy.Tried calling for 2 days to see when their notary would be in and the NEVER answer. Decided to go up there, sat for 10 minutes to be told they aren't there and don't know when they would be. Answering the phone, would have been nice.

I am a customer. I used your ATM inside bank. Then I asked to us the mens room. The associate said NO RESTROOM HERE. I asked where she goes to the restroom? SHE SAID NEXT DOOR AT MACDONALDS. WHY LIE. I AM A SECEN YEAR CUSTOMER. Why lie? John

Staffs are friendly but management should be on top of everything. I mean Chase is the biggest bank in United States, they can’t even replace a faulty debit card scanner. Every time I go in, they have to tried insert my debit card 20times and still fail. So if it already broken, can can’t you just replace it the next day. It doesn’t cost that much on equipment. The clerk, said they have to wait until next cycle of the equipment which is 2024. Wow! Just wow… something like this manager can’t authorize a fix?

No wonder why they can’t get not even 4 stars oh the way they conduct business around here. Outrageous, unspeakable rudeness by a young man that clearly needs to be flipping burgers so nobody will bother him. I’m calling corporate. This ain’t right. Bad customer service we waited for open account and was the time for close they said we need appointment and they don’t have any appointments available for a week really why don’t said that first and we don’t waste our time

The employees here are always outstanding! Although there are many new faces, the ones I see are always so great! The place is always clean and tidy despite being so busy. I was in and out very quickly and they gave me excellent advice in order to continue my transaction. Although I miss my old banker, desmond, I'm glad the employees here are up for the task.

with accounts in chase for over 20 years, never had any complaints,…. I went to open a savings account to carrollton branch jackson and josey ln., after 20 mits. waiting they told me “ we don’t have time sr. I have a appointment I need to leave now, and nobody else can do that, make a appointment to help you.,,, thinking to move to other bank. worst customer service .

Truly baffled by the experience I just had at this branch, so I just had to share. I had a quick question to ask about my account so I thought I would be in and out in minutes. Wrong. Waited more than 30 minutes and since nobody came to assist me, I asked who I could talk to about my account. Was then told that there was only 1 manager working at the time and to wait for her. That was fine, so waited 30 minutes again before the manager just bypassed me and went to some room. It was almost another 30 minutes later when I was told the manager was in their lunch break, and it would take them 1 hour and 30 minutes to be done with their lunch. They did not communicate any of this with me and I just sat there waiting. Ridiculous. I've never experienced this kind of customer service in my life, and in a bank of all places too. Only went to this particular branch because the one close to me is temporarily closed for some reason. Never again.

I came in to set up a new account and move a decent amount of money. I was told new account set up is by appointment only. I observed 4 bankers sitting at their desk without customers and who then went to the assistant banking managers office. They obviously do not care about customer service or loosing customers. I will not visit this branch again.
