I took in my vehicle because the check engine light came on they went ahead and checked it and found the problem that was wrong at the same time the technician that checked it out also felt something wrong with the transmission which was great that he noticed that that probably would have been something I wouldn't have noticed right away maybe later on when it was worse but I was very thankful for that. So I have been very happy with the work that Chevy has done also with the the Representativesthat are up front taking care of the customers as well.

First time dealing with the service department here at Sampa five star Chevrolet I dealt with Brian and service. He was phenomenal in communicating exactly what was going on with my truck at all times he got my truck into the repair shop sooner than expected and got the repair done sooner than expected well within budget highly recommend these gentlemen for any of your Chevrolet needs.

Walk in (no appointment). Diagnosed and repaired the problem. Helped with transportation. Service Writer worked to provide coupons which helped with this unexpected repair. Fourth visit. All have been positive.

I came in short notice and the service advisor JR Lopez took my vehicle in. JR wrote my vehicle up and kept me informed of my services. I also received a video from my tech, Mark. Wow! I didn't even expect that at all! Love that Mark took his time to explain what recommendations are needed for my vehicle. Came today to have my oil changed.
Service was quick.
Advisor Melissa was very helpful and professional.
She was able to help me get my cabin filter changed by using an in house coupon that I did not know was avaliable.

I would recommend shopping elsewhere for a vehicle if your looking for something or value and reliable. The markup on their used cars is ridiculous. They sold me a lemon and then told me to voluntarily repossess the car. So fuck up my credit and still owe on a car with a bad engine. They knew the engine was bad, I spoke to Manny in the service department who said it's a known issue, known to who?! I wouldn't have bought the car. I could go on with how terrible their customer service is and their lack of empathy. Literally said because i drove 8 hours to visit my family at Christmas is the reason why the engine went out?!? Uhmm what! A car is meant to be driven and I did all necessary maintenance at the correct time. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere
