My sons went here from August 2024-June 2025. Mrs. Kyla, Mrs. Brenda, Ms. Jimena and Ms. Jesarela are gems. Your kids are in good hands with them and my kids were happy. We only left because we moved.

I requested information online back in 2021, they are now texting me to let me know they can help... They've texted me all day today from 6 different number. I'm sure its an automated text but how can I get it to stop?

3-14-25 Avoid 264 CHILDCARE NETWORK CARROLLTON THE STAFF CONTACTED ME AT 4:04pm in REGARDS OF MY DAUGHTER GOT A PUFFY EYE FROM HITTING HER EYE ON THE SHELF. THE REPORT INCIDENT HAPPEN AT 9:00am and they waited to end of the day to contact me.. Then 3-17-25 following Monday I get to the daycare and get to see one of the teachers mention in the incident report. An I ask her Mr. J what happened which was a witness on the report. She said she has no idea and don’t know why the Actual Teacher Mrs. Jimera would use her name. So I ask where is Jimera they said she is out all week for surgery… Like really so since everyone story is backwards and confused I reach out to corporate.. Few hours later I get a call from the Director Malana yelling loud saying I don’t contact anyone above her. Like first off I contact who I want when my baby eye is purple…. Then she states she will have Mrs. Jimera re write the report like you got to be kidding me.. Then she mentions it’s no school cameras .. Please don’t send your kid here … please see photo below..

My daughter finally left this prison and I feel
so bad for even making her transfer and leave her first daycare which was kindercare. She loves her new school and teachers( went back to Kindercare,)I was waiting to do a review to see if it's just daycares in general but no unfortunately just this daycare. My kid loves and looks forward to her new school and teacher unlike when she was at Child Care network which made me feel horrible as a parent. The Director and assistant director never knows what's really going on only the teachers really knows. They do not know how to communicate beside when payment is due. It's basically a uncontrolled playground for the children while you at work, No real learning curriculums

I was going to do an update but can’t find my original review from two years ago, imagine that. My child still struggles with the abuse and neglect from this daycare allowed to happen from not only the children but staff as well. On top of that, their corporate doesn’t do anything beyond play phone tag and allow their staff to blatantly lie with no follow through.
Go to KinderCare instead. They were amazing with my child in helping him through his trauma.

We had very good experiences with my daughter and son at this branch of the childcare network for 2 years. It is significantly affordable, and their working hours are quite long. We used to have problems at the entrance since it was easy to walk into the class without encountering anybody, but this problem was resolved with the new management, and the results were great. I will always remember them as being a positive and good contribution to my life. I really recommend this daycare. Miss Brenda was my daughter's teacher, and she learned a lot from her as well.they also do extracurricular activities like music/puppet shows/field trips. Also they updated the app and you get photo of your kiddo nearly every day.

My child has been going here for over a year. He started in the infant room and is now in the 18+ room. I had the experience of interacting with most of the teachers & all of the recent director changes. I can honestly say they have some of the sweetest teachers, & the director has shown a lot of improvement of the new staff. There are a lot of gems here & if you ever have any issues they take care of it immediately. Ms Jay, Ms Kyla, Ms Charmion, Ms Brooke, Ms Malana & a few others are really a blessing, especially for a first time mother like myself. There are more teachers here that if you have a chance to meet, you’ll understand the 5 star rating. Even the new hires are extremely sweet & kind to my child. The only recommendation I have for this facility is for the parents to have access to a camera throughout the day. We really appreciate you all!

I literally use to love it here, when my child first started out but now I’m ready for her to leave this place. Thank god this is her last year there. So much has changed and NOT in a GOOD WAY!!! The staff use to care about the kids and be very understanding when it came to certain situations, well that’s when Mrs. Rose was there, now this place is all about money! It’s always a smell, always short staffed, ITS A NEW DIRECTOR EVERY OTHER MONTH! Like where is the stability. Sick of it and I’m ready to move on from here. The only reason my child is still here is because of Mrs. Jay & Mrs. Brenda, they have been there since day one. Don’t recommend 0/10

The new director at this school that started TODAY has the most disgusting attitude I've ever encountered. She completely has no respect for the parents. She is not the type to care for your child, but there to make everyones life harder, including staff. If you're the type that likes a family environment, don't take your child here, as long as this lady is here

I would NEVER again consider this place or any of its affiliates for my child based of of my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd interaction with the care providers at this location in Carrollton. There is a nice Private School near by called Primrose. Primrose is the sweetest place and the staff is AMAZING.

I wouldn't recommend this daycare they are not very good at watching and dealing with kids the kitchen cook the older white man had put his hands on my child and drove off with him on the bus and he STILL HAS A JOB THERE around kids they didn't take no action for it majority of the teachers act like they have problems with our kids very unprofessional. Short staff rude staff.

Absolutely love this school for my son! He's enrolled in the 3K program and LOVES IT. Every day he is excited to go to school to see his teachers and his friends. The school follows the curriculum they give the parents so we are up to date on what they do throughout the week. He comes home from school happy and clean with SO MANY stories. I couldn't be more thankful to have found a safe and comfortable place for my son.

The first day was our last day. Both at drop off and pick up the children were not being managed…they were yelling, running around the room, and climbing on tables. They do not serve from the menu they provide you. Apparently it’s for show only so you never know what your child may have been fed that day.Last, but most concerning, I was not given a passcode to enter the building at pick up. No one was at the front desk when I arrived. A cook let me in the building and then walked off allowing me free range to go anywhere in the building. Didn’t ask my name or what child I was there for or anything. I went to the classroom where 2 male teachers were “supervising” the children and I called out to my child. The “teacher” then asked ME what my child’s name was! (How do you not know who is in your class?) He didn’t ask me who I was or my name and allowed my son to leave with me. We walked to front of building and still no one was at front desk. There was no way to sign him out without a passcode which I was never provided, so we just walked out the door.I was allowed into the building without the person letting me in even knowing who I was, and allowed to leave with a child who I never even signed out and no one even knew who I was or saw me leave with him because no one was at front desk. I could have been ANYBODY and caused harm to others or kidnapped a child.DO NOT send your child here if you value their care and safety.
