“Visiting from Brownsville, TX with my family.
We stopped by and customer service was ? the way it should be. Ricky, was the employee that helped us with any questions my kids had about some jeans. 3 kids tried on jeans and Ricky continued to come back with different suggestions and jean style/cut. My kids really don't go out much and really don't socialize a lot but this gentleman really threw out such a helpfull and respectful vibe.
There was another employee and I'm sorry I really didn't get his name (I think it was Alfredo) but he was also helpful.

“My husband and I go into this location a fair amount and every time the customer service is stellar.
On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.
They go over and beyond every time for each and every person in store.
I’ve already told all my family and friends that if they need jeans and want a curated experience, this is the place to go!!”

“The staff here were super friendly and helpful. One man with glasses helped me out as soon as I walked in and answered all my questions. Another man helped me hang up my clothes in the fitting room while I was walking around. He didn’t hover while I was browsing, but every time my hands were full, he showed up to help. I generallyfind somethingI likeat a reasonableprice but on the visit I found the clothes to be more on the less sophisticated, Lula Bell side. Nothing for a mature woman in sight. I am talking ruffles, sleeveless shirts, A line dresses, balloon leg pants. Honestly, most of the clothes looked unisex to me and lacking in femininity with no appreciation for curves and the female form.”
“This is my goto place for my kid's clothes for events. Love everything in this store! It is on the expensive side but the sales are great! Also, the clothes are really well made. I have things that both my girl's have worn, been through a million washes, and still looks like the day I bought it. Absolutely worth it and so cute. This location doesn't seem to be regulating number of customers in the store, but I haven't been in there with more than another family. They are still wearing masks.”
