Oil change:
Greeted properly and taken care of in a reasonable time frame. I get in my vehicle and the A/C is cranked up to high. Whoever drove my vehicle must not have showered for days. My car stunk to high heaven!!! I had to buy a can of lysol to disinfect the inside of my vehicle. I will never go back here for any service or purchase my next new vehicle here.

Love to come into Vanguard GMC of Carrollton. They've been very attentive and professional when I come in for oil changes or whatever needs my vehicle warrants.

The finance people will lie to you to get you to sign up for all of their warranties that are useless! I specifically asked if the coverage will apply to all GMC dealerships. Not true! The windshield protection I paid for was is in fact not a real thing. It’s just crazy to me. I unfortunately bought all of their “extra” warranties and none of them have applied.

I’ve purchased three vehicles from this dealership and every time I’ve been disappointed with their vehicle service center. Every time we go in to service a vehicle, always leave dissatisfied. They are definitely NOT what they advertise when they are trying to sell you a vehicle. Shame on me for continuing to be a loyal customer. Won’t happen again!!!!
