I stopped in just to try the place out on a whim. The service was typical but I didn't really enjoy the customer service that I got from the person doing my feet. I got a simple regular mani and pedi. It's what you'd expect from a regular nail salon but I don't think I'll be back because of the customer service.

Legitimately the best nail and lash experience you will have. My nails are not only the source of numerous compliments but they last and I ALWAYS love them. Lashes are on point weekly, SO here us the thing….I am a no makeup kind of girl as a result I rely on my lash game to be ? and then I add some lip gloss and go ?❤️ ….for this reason I get lashed weekly, but I honestly don’t need to its become a thing. I love the ambiance of this salon (great energy, good drinks, clean and relaxing and a staff that cares about how you feel). Make an appointment, you won’t regret the experience. Ohh and get that pedicure, your feet will thank you!

Classy Nails just earned another Happy customer. I walked in and the nail techs took great care of me. Even did my eyebrow before closing time. Thanks ladies and I will be back Saturday.

In awe at the amount of bad reviews, been coming for over a year now and they go above and beyond every time! Heidi gives the best pedicures and very detailed oriented on cuticles, shaping, massage. Kimi has everyone complimenting my nails every time! She's got me back into acrylics and now I know its the tech that makes a difference! Best nail spa in the area for sure

Seriously…don’t come here. Went a couple of times because I really like Amy and how she did my nails, as well as the ability to book appointments online. However customer service otherwise is trash. You walk in, no one says anything. And I showed up for my appointment, checked in and waited 15 min with no sign of Amy. When I asked staff, they told me to go to the back to ask the manager. Manager says that they called me 25 min before my appointment (that I made 4 days before and confirmed 2xs online) to tell me that Amy is out for “a few months” and could I wait 20 more minutes for another tech. …no. I can’t.

Kim is amazing at nails. Pedicure was nice. 2 stars is for horrible lash experience. Booked appointment weeks in advance for daughters wedding. Appointment was at 1:15 at 2:30 she took someone else to the back saying she was just going to fix lashes. Went to check and she was starting another appointment. Got upset because she has done this to me twice Then tried to blame it on me. Just triple check if you do book for lashes. But she won’t set it on her schedule.
