Excellent service, would use again!! My wife's car wouldn't start even after a jump. Alex with CLC arrived within 45 min of the call and thankfully was able to charge the battery in seconds. He then followed my wife to Walmart up the street to buy a new battery and Alex followed her to ensure the car didn't die on the way. It's always nice when you encounter good service and friendly people willing to help. Many thanks!!

Tire blew out heading into work. Called and spoke to an operator who was understanding and helped me get the lowest quote possible. Was met by Juan within fifteen minutes, who was also extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. CLC helped fix a bad situation with professionalism and care.

My tire blew while I was on the way to work. My boyfriend called CLC and then the tow truck driver, Juan, showed up within 15 minutes and essentially took care of everything. A surprisingly low stress ordeal, would definitely use them again!

Called this morning to have an abandoned vehicle towed from our school parking lot. The person who answered the telephone was rude and condescending about NOT towing abandoned vehicles. "We are ONLY roadside assistance."However I thanked him for his kindness and wished him a nice day. Will never call nor recommend this service again. Would give them 0 stars but it was not an option.

Now on our second company complaint, multiple reviews left, calls made and hung up on every time by the owner. Stop using someone's home address as your business address. Mail continues to be sent to and it's now becoming a security concern. All we have asked this man to do is what's honest and right: REMOVE COUNTRY PLACE AS YOUR ADDRESS! How hard is it? When the home address is searched online all that appears is this towing company. It's shocking people continue to frequent this business paying as much as I've seen on other reviews when you can just call AAA or Good Sam's and have a membership to use 4 times a year for $40.00 and not be conned out of money. So this is now 5 months of requesting you do what's right and make the corrections necessary. To be an adult and hanging up on people is wild. Just reset whatever passwords you need to and fix this once and for all. Our last step will be to file legal action which if by month 6 I don't see anything (which all know we won't) I'll simply have to get an attorney to handle this for us. So Mr Towing Man just update your addresses!

My experience with their towing services has been nothing short of outstanding. They have responded quickly to my calls for help and were timely in providing assistance.
