The nurse who helped me today was so sweet to me! She was the only one working and probably overwhelmed, but treated me so kindly. This place is MUCH better than icky Labcorp! Thank you!!!!

I would give them 0 if I could. They never pick up the phone. So, I booked an online appointment. I registered from their kiosk b/c no one at front desk. The nurse took three other people who came after me. Finally I ask her and she asks me to register again. It gave me an error and then she goes (I kid you not!) - oh, you have an appointment!Wasted an hour there. Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience. Walked in with no appointment. The front desk/tech lady was super nice. She was so good with my kiddo and patient.

Rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment, before I was even fully in the door the woman behind the desk started yelling at me that she wasn't processing any more labs for the day. She "wasn't even sure I had an appointment" but never bothered to check. I wasted so much time driving there and back and was treated with zero human decency. Would not recommend this location.

I arrived at 1:15 for my 1:30 appt. and the door was locked. There was a sign on the that said, "B back at 12:30." Needless to say no one showed up, and I left at 1:45.

The lady that was working was good, but they say they open at 8:00 and nobody was there until 8:15.

Stopped by this location to get some blood work done. It was convenient because it is close to my house. There was only one person working. Extremely slow. No sense of urgency or care about other peoples time. She kept telling people that she is retired and she’s just doing the job to “get out of the house”. She kept making excuses that system is always down etc. she did apologize for the wait and was nice but I’ll find somewhere else next time.

Beth is the most wonderful person and deserves a raise for what they do.They are extremely professional she also was the kindest soul I have ever met and they made my experience an A plus, would definitely recommend Beth to friends and family! (:

Walked with my lab requisition in hand. There was a very polite and friendly woman by the name of Elizabeth but she goes by Beth. Instantly we started up a conversation with each other before you know it, another person walks in and says, that our conversation was giving off great vibes and they wanted to join in. Hayden is their name, we all enjoyed sharing astrology and our earthly signs and knowledge with each other. It really took the edge off of Beth because I'm not an easy stick it take us an hour to finally get my bloodwork completed.Overall I'd definitely recommend and return. Maybe when I'm finished with my Phlebotomy courses I'll go back to see if their hiring. Thanks again Beth.

Does this place still exist in Carrollton ? Went to the location this morning and it said it was an allergy clinic ?
