Absolutely love the service that I got from this place!!!! The sales rep that helped me name was Jaime and he was just absolutely amazing! He made sure my phone was full prepare for me and made the time of me waiting absolutely worth it! You could honestly tell the workers at this location really do care about their customers!!!!Cricket for life!! Thank you Jamie

I don't know how to describe the irresponsibility of not opening the store, when one takes the time to come to its doors and not be attended to due to the lack of staff, which abuses the customer.

Unpleasant experience, why argue that i can't pay my mothers phone bill give me the run around and then still take my payment? Only reason I give 2 stars is bc at the end my issue was resolved only after raising by blood pressure for no reason.

On Friday 9/11/2020 my partner and I went in to upgrade our phones, He got he Samsung Galaxy A11and I got the Nokia c2 Tava. Kim was very helpful w getting the ones we wanted and answered any questions that we had, She transferred all our info from the old phones to the new ones. After getting them home and going I realized that mine was not going to meet my needs, I called the next day and spoke to Kim and she let me know about the exchange, The following Thursday before going to work I took my phone back and exchanged it for the Samsung Galaxy A11. Derek was also helpful with the exchange and getting my new phone set up, Getting home from work that night I realized I forgot the memory card, I called them the next morning to see if they still had the phone. They checked and called back saying they had the phone and the memory card. I went in and Derek installed the memory card into the new one. We are happy with the new phones and the friendly customer service we got from Kim and Derek. This is the 2nd time we have purchased from this location and have been happy with the customer service.
