Pharmacist customer service was terrible. I was at the counter for service and they just closed the window because it was now 1:30 and there lunch time. I cant believe the store policy is to ignore customers when it gets close to lunch time.

Really old CVS. Dirty and disgusting shelves. Parking lot was dirty. However, the staff of pharmacy had a good attitude and was friendly. When I picked up my prescription, they told me it was at another store. They did fill it though. Close to me.

This particular pharmacy location is my favorite in the area! I switched to this CVS location solely because of how wonderful the pharmacy staff is. They get things filled quickly and are super nice which hasn’t always been the case with other CVS locations I’ve dealt with. I’ll go out of my way to go to this particular store verses others in the area.

I had a great experience at this store! Pharmacist Thai Pham and his pharmacy staff are stellar and addressed all of my questions and concerns. This store at 2142 N JOSEY is my CVS of choice from now on.

picked up a prescription and noticed something was missing when i got home. i try to call in to ask about it and the robot call does not help at all and there is no option to talk to a real person. i go back to the pharmacy to get it in person and they tell me they dont have it and to go to another pharmacy

Horrible store! I ordered two items online and was told I could pick them up in the hour. When I arrived 2 hours later the items were not ready for me to pick up and then one of them they said was out of stock after I argued with the clerk he said he refunded my money which I highly doubt and then as I want to exit the store I found the item he said they were out of literally 10 ft from the cash register. Not only that they have very low stock on everything in the store it almost looks like they are going to close down. I give them 1/10

The pharmacy staff at this store have always been great and helpful! Thai is one of the lead pharmacists and he does his absolute best to help everyone! I've observed him and his staff many times going above and beyond for the customers!

Unfortunately pharmacies will always be a part of my life now and it’s hard to find one that: A) Doesn’t screw things up; hahh B) Doesn’t judge you based on your prescriptions, controlled substances have a stigma attached to them and it’s sad how pharmacists tend to treat you differently if you are prescribed them. C) That is patient! Both pharmacist here are amazing, understanding, and everything is handled efficiently. This has been my pharmacy for a couple years now and I’ve always been treated kindly and with respect. Health insurance companies can be tricky and this year has definitely made it harder for them but I’ve never had anyone at this pharmacy come off as bothered or too busy to help me with anything. Very accommodating, even when it comes to trying to find the best price for one of my prescriptions that can easily cost up to $400. So thank you for not sucking like most pharmaceutical chains do! ?

No one in the Pharmacy cares about the client; difficult to converse with anyone wearing a mask that has a heavy accent. Tried to get covid test, theysaid go online; cvs website is unusable if you say you have no symptoms. Found a distant cvs with appointment available...filled out pages of info, "appointment no longer available "...

Pharmacy has worked with me on discounts and getting meds that are not as common. They work hard to fill my meds as quickly as possible. They stop what they are doing to answer questions.

This CVS does not honor their coupons. I'm not sure why they all of a sudden started not honoring some of their coupons, but it's quite inconvenient. Why would CVS advertise a promotion, send out coupons, and then the Manager on Duty not honor them? It makes no sense to me. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Geezzzzzzzz, every time I go in it looks like the store has been looted. They never have the basics in stock and I end up having to go across the street to Wallgreens. I'm talking everything from makeup, shampoo and over the counter medicine. I like CVS but it looks like I will be forced to stop going to this location.

The location is split between the Pharmacy and the main store. The Pharmacy team we have been very happy with and the primary reason for the rating. They have always been friendly and helpful to my wife and I. They remember our names before we even tell them which is nice. The store side is another story. It really is a crap shoot what you will experience. Some days I am greeted genuinely when I enter and employees are helpful. Then other days the employees are dragging butt and disengaged included a few who appear to be in leadership roles. I have been highly disappointed in the amount of expired product I have found here. The soda coolers I have found multiple expired beverages and expired food product in the pantry. If they can get the store side to match the Pharmacy side they will be in good shape.
