The store and clinic both seem understaffed. Most of the times I've been here, the only visible employees were the pharmacists. Otherwise, I've had no problems with the service.

The pharmacy employees are as rude as they come! And slow as molasses! Terrible pharmacy. Just recently, it took one month to get drops for pink eye. By the time I got it, I didn’t need it anymore. But the customer service at this location is beyond unacceptable. I have complained to the store manager, and nothing had improved. I have called CVS at two different phone numbers talking to someone, and still nothing has improved. You can’t even get through the pharmacy by phone. They say their new phone system doesn’t work. I have never been in the drive through less than 20 minutes. Close this location down! The sad part is, is that our insurance forces us to use only CVS.

I have never gone to the pharmacy here and NOT had problems. Every. Single. Time!! Either with the prescription being ready, or saying it’s ready in the app and not having the medication on hand at all, or giving the wrong dose for my kid’s prescription. This location has made me HATE CVS.

I wasn't able to get the online appointment system to work, so I just walked in. Wednesday morning, fairly slow, I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Nurse was very gentle with the testing, slowly inserting the swab instead of just jamming it in, which I appreciated.Symptoms were sore throat, cough and congestion. Did a flu and COVID test, both negative, did a follow up a week later. Eventually got to be symptom free!

My son needed a sports physical. Couldn't make an appointment but all over the website, it said they took walk in appointments. Well, got there and tried to sign in and there was no way to sign in for a walk in and then saw the sign that said they weren't taking walk ins. Website still says they take walk-in appointments but they don't.

I wish I could give them -100 stars. Got our PCR for minor for travel and it said we will receive results via email and we didn't, there was no way to contact them and then I read online that other people have suffered like we did. And they had to spend countless hours trying to reach a live person to get documentation of their results. we are supposed to fly tomorrow and neither minute clinic nor CVS can provide documentation of my kids negative results. They have a convoluted process, toll free says do text, when you send text, it says call toll free. Worst place. I feel so helpless.

very rude employee! I requested her to help me find a medication i couldn’t find. She was rude and had an attitude and told me to go find it myself. She needs a lesson on customer service and if she hate her job then she shouldn’t work. Stay home!!

Do not come here. I went to this pharmacy for upwards of 7 years, my mother went on and off for closer to a decade but only when it was absolutely necessary because she hated this location so much, and a few of my friends went a couple times before vowing to never return. Staff is always rude every single time, doesn't matter who it is, to everyone I know who's been here. They will make you wait in the drive through for fifteen or twenty minutes without any acknowledgement and when they finally come to help you they act like you being there is an inconvenience to them. From inside the store while having a completely separate issue with the pharmacy I watched as the girl supposedly working drive through stood on her phone in the same spot for 20 min or so while the drive through bell rang multiple times, she didn't move to even greet them until the manager told her to. I have several personal anecdotes about how awful this location has treated my mother, my friends and I but it's too much to post here. My favorite easiest to articulate story is the time a younger male employee at the drive through wouldn't stop hitting on and repeatedly asking for my friend's number, despite her making it clear she was not interested. He stalled by not giving her her medicine so he could continue to come onto her until an older man walked closer at which point he stopped, probably to avoid getting in trouble, but not without writing his number on her prescription receipt first. Extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially because he had access to her personal information. Not sure if it's relevant but she was even more uncomfortable because the medicine she was picking up was birth control. That was a year or so ago so not sure if he still works there

I mainly use CVS for the pharmacy, so this is a pharmacy review. This location usually has a good stock of meds. They also have a great system of automatic renewal and phoning your doctor on your behalf. However, when it comes to speediness of service, that is way lacking. I don't know if it's lack of staff, but it sometimes takes 5 minutes or longer just to be acknowledged. And once acknowledged, not even an I'm sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting or any normal courtesy. It's probably unfair because not all staff members are this way, but somebody really needs to work on their friendliness.

The Minute Clinic is great. You can book online so you do not have to wait. The nurse takes her time to be certain that you get the best medication. Worth the extra copay. The pharmacy also makes the prescriptions priority. I did not even have to wait 5 minutes for my prescription and they were very busy. All of the staff in the store we very nice and saw all working hard. The cleanest and most organized CVS I have visited

We always go to this pharmacy as it's our local pharmacy..Pharmacist Chai was so helpful and thoroughly helped my husband. He has high blood pressure and needed his meds, Chai took the time to find ways for us to lower our Rx bill since we no longer have insurance. Great people are hard to find and we are glad this is our local pharmacy, thank you thank you!!
