Tho is for the pharmacy only. Worst communication. If you can’t answer phones, maybe hire someone just for that. Playing phone tag is a complete waste of time.

Absolutely horrible. It took them 15 minutes to get me the items needed to inject my prescription and they still messed it up. I specified what needles I needed and they not only gave me all the wrong ones but no syringes to boot! The counter guy had to ask someone else for help every single step.

The worst CVS ever. Website has Pharmacy opens at 8 AM but the Tech inside the store says 10 AM. Update your website, unprofessional and false advertising.Taking my business somewhere else.

I’m really happy with the experience I had working with pharmacist Thai Pham. I had an issue with my medication and even though he was about to head out to lunch, he took the time to carefully inspect the medication and explain my options.I think CVS is a really big company and it’s easy to criticize the service you get at big companies, but I’ll keep coming back to this particular CVS location because I feel like pharmacist Pham and the kind I pharmacy staff will make sure I’m taken care of.I really appreciate the pharmacy staff at this location. Thank you for treating me like a person today!

The Asian pharmacist was a nice guy and was first time a pharmacy was helpful and didn't just say we're out of your prescription kick rocks. Thanks buddy much appreciated.

If I could give it half a star I would. Don’t bother, nobody works there. Pharmacy makes you call the metroplex to find a store that has your medication. Before Covid it was ok, Walgreens is across the street.

About 1 year ago I came in around closing time, lost as I used public transportation for the only time, getting lost in the process around Belt Line. I came in, bought a Mountain Dew, and then got to talking about my situation with the cashier. (For reference I was ~4.5miles away from home with no car, and a dead phone). He got (I'm assuming) the manager out who then paid an uber for me to get home safely. BTW if either of you are reading this, thank you. Wonderful people :)

The pharmacy staff at this store have always been great and helpful! Thai is one of the lead pharmacists and he does his absolute best to help everyone! I've observed him and his staff many times going above and beyond for the customers!

Bathrooms are so nasty they haven't been cleaned since Feb of 2020 and thats according to bathroom cleaning sheet.

Despite all of their signage that says “Free Flu Shots” they do not offer if free if you have BCBS insurance. Of course, when you schedule it online and tell them your insurance is BCBS, they don’t bother to mention this.

Their phone prescription service is TERRIBLE. I don't like them going thru my complete list so that I can order. I want to call in and give them my numbers. This is ridiculous and time consuming.

This is the worst pharmacy. They have given me the wrong prescription on more than one occasion. They also messed up the prescription and had to send me to another store because they didn't have my medicine in stock like they texted.

very rude staff. i tried to get photos here and they were super unhelpful. it’s been six months now and still have nothing! we have called every month since we went here. all of my memories are gone!
