The lead pharmacist, Thai Pham, is unprofessional, unethical, and inconsiderate. I'm just now getting around to posting this review, as the incident happened many years ago.Thai has always seemed to have a grudge towards me. I asked him a question about a medication I was taking after making it known that I would appreciate his discretion. Two colleagues of mine were in the lobby, and I didn't want my business broadcasted. He smirked. He began by saying my full name, loudly enough that everyone's heads turned. He went on to state the name and dosage of my medication. Then he had the gall to declare what diagnosis the medication is prescribed to treat — blatantly violating my right to medical privacy.I was so embarrassed that i don't remember if he answered my question or not. Morals of the story: 1) don't speak to the lead pharmacist if you value your privacy; and 2) don't upset the princess, Thai Pham, state license #5499

I stop by this location thirdly because they transfer again and again.When I arrived he told me we will text you when it is ready. I waited one hour at the door but didn’t get any text. I asked mine is ready? They gave me just s paper bag without sorry for wating or say good bye. Pharmacy need to work more sensitively.

This CVS stresses me out. Not only does the Pharmacy not answer their phone but the voicemail box is full too! They are clearly understaffed. At least hire someone to answer phones or check voice messages….really shouldn’t be that hard for a major corporation to accomplish.

Absolutely horrible!!!! This pharmacy NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!! NEVER!!!!! How can you help me if you can't talk to me. They're always understaffed! This has been going on for some time now. Don't know why I thought that today would be different....

I've been calling since Thursday about my prescription and they've never answered the phone. However, customer service was able to get a hold of someone there, they still won't call me back.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. They no longer answer their phone. Tell you to leave a message, 4 days later, still waiting. Will be transferring my one prescription to another company

Just a terrible experience overall. Pharmacy techs easily some of the most apathetic staff i’ve encountered in some time. Moving our family to a different pharmacy after we pick up outstanding prescriptions.

Pharmacist is horrible! They act like they’re too good to help people. Asnwers the phone with an attitude. Gives you short answers and when you keep asking question he puts you on hold. I call back after a 10 min hold, and he puts me back on hold. I went in and there was no line, 2 pharmacist both rude male. One tech runs from the drive thru to the counter. I don’t blame the tech for having a bad attitude because they’re short staffed and gets no help from their team.

I wish I could give no stars. Horrible service. I had my 6 year old son's prescription sent there and I was given EXPIRED medicine. It was expired by à few months. Had to take my son to the doctor and everything. Will never go again.

Pharmacy never, and I mean NEVER, answers the phone. The staff is friendly at first, but when you try to ask too many questions about why they don't have things done that they said they would (different staff members make different, unfulfilled promises) they make excuses instead of trying to solve problems with zero apologies. It would be better to replace them all with AI and automation at this point, because they really have no problem solving capabilities or reliable communication skills.

I made an appointment to get a COVID test today, and it was seamless. I showed up at the drive-thru a few minutes before my appointment time, and when I pulled up to the window the pharmacist said, "You're here for a COVID test, right?" He had all my paperwork and the test kit right there. He asked me if I was familiar with the test procedures, which I was, and he told me he would be right there if I had any questions or needed any assistance. He made the process so smooth and easy, and I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I've been a Walgreens guy for years, but I'm switching my allegiance to CVS. From passport photos to vaccines and now COVID tests, CVS seems to just have their act together.
