I went to pick up my medication ( refill) this is not a new medication this was a muscle relaxer I have been taken for while the Pharmacy told me he was not going to fill my prescript. not offering any other medicine that I can take with my pain med. I never had a problem before I did not understand why are talking to me like than and refusing to fill my prescript. not sure what is going on with CVS

Worst place ever this place must shut down the can’t do any service and even provide a professional service, the manager Alex was there and he wouldn’t even try to do anything to help plus they have under trained employees

As soon as you can, attempt to get your prescriptions renewed somewhere else. Post surgeries, do not expect them to help or be available for, literally, any reason whatsoever. If you urgently need your medicine, be confident that there is no chance you will be able to get it either on time, or possibly at all.

We are new to Carrollton and had to have medications transferred from Fort Worth. There were several issues with both old and new prescriptions and Katie went ABOVE and BEYOND to offer help, look up coupons, make suggestions and speed up the process! She has great communication skills and performs great under pressure. She is a gem!

Slow as hell. Don't wait in the drive thru. They have one person serving who is checked out. I went in May, and by the time I got my meds, the Christmas decorations were on display.

Pharmacy speed is not something they measure at this location, you can always expect to wait 10 minutes.

I will never step foot in the Josey/Hebron location again! Too bad fragrance ruins human’s endocrine system! I am also highly allergic to fragrance! CVS is pumping in horrible fragrance, synthetic & strong. Bye bye

Went in to pick up some over the counter medication and say one, possibly two RATS running from shelf to shelf INSIDE the store. When an employee was approached and asked if they were aware of the rats her response was a very nonchalant, "Oh we know. We've been trying to get rid of them."
How long have the rats been a problem in the store?! Are they getting into foods? Are they getting into medications?!

Why is 20 min the MINIMUM at this pharmacy drive up?? I'm the ONLY CAR and I'm just waiiiiiiting! For real-someone PLEASE figure out how to cure this pharmacy of inefficiency!!

The staff have been kind and accommodating, as much as is realistically possible with what they have to do and the constant customers. This is a busy store, and the pharmacy in particular works hard to keep up. The employees are always ready to help when they can, the store is stocked well, and it's always clean.
