The lady at the pick up/drive area is weird, she was lowkey rude, I told her "I HAVE a prescription ORDER" she didn't not once open the little window, which is fine lol, it's just weird. She looks up a prescription and tells me there's nun under my name, and I'm like "yeah ik, I have a paper the doctor gave me to take anywhere" and she's like this order "is not ready yet" and I'm like (in my head) well duh?? LOL. She just seemed like she was not in a great mood, which is fine but you shouldn't give unwanted attitude or show people that you don't like your job.

This is the worst pharmacy/minute clinic location. My family went in for a TDAP shot and the gentleman at the pharmacy was the rudest, most condescending person I’ve ever come across. The minute clinic advertises being able to take walk ins, but he refused to provide us with service. We asked when the next available appointment would be in that case, and he literally goes “these days everything is done with technology so take your phone out and type minute clinic”. The attitude and the condescension were next level. No patient care or bedside manner training. Corporate CVS needs to look into this location given the lack of training clearly. Also called multiple times, no answer.

Worst customer service in pharmacy ever! Messed up my insulin prescription and saw no problem with it. Don't return calls. Works horribly with insurance and doctor office. I'm so disappointed as I've used this location for years. It's just not the same. If I could have given a 0 I would have.

This is my 3rd trip today to a different CVS Pharmacy to get the shingles vaccine...why is it SO difficult to do business with your stores??? I have been told 3 different things about getting the shot!! Ridiculous!!!!

Went to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription, got to the drive thru at 110 pm. 20 mins before they were due to close at 130 pm. There were two customers ahead of me that took longer than expected. I get to the window after the second customer, only to find the window closed! You would think because I had already been in line way before they were due to close that they would still be available for me to pick up my prescription. It's no surprise that this location has a 2 star rating. Worse customer service ever.

I went in to the pharmacy Sarai didn’t want to run my insurance card at first because my total was only $20 for my prescription I have insurance form my job I pay for monthly I don’t think the total matters I asked her kindly can you just go ahead and run it to see if I do get a discount yes I can pay the 20 but the fact is I already pay my insurance monthly and that’s what it’s for to help reduce cost doesn’t matter if it’s a dollar or whatever I also did it so they can have my insurance on file for next time but as I was checking out she gave me my total and asked again how much was your total before insurance I told her and she just gave me this face maybe you need to educate your employee that we already pay our insurance monthly and if we can get it discount why not does it really hurt you to run my insurance card where is the customer service

Don't go here for the Pharmacy. I get off work late but made it to their location 40min before close. They finished with 1 car and then shut the blinds on me right after.They always take 30 minutes or more per car and are really rude and unhelpful when it comes to communicating between you and your doctor's office.

Jackie at the minute clinic was completely rude at check in. The first thing she told me when I apologized about being 1 minute late was that I put their whole clinic behind and gave me attitude. I’ve waited for them for 30-40 min and never a complaint. I understand that’s how doctors work. I won’t be coming here again. Find literally any other minute clinic or urgent care and they will be kinder and more helpful.

Had our covid and flu shot recently. Chinela Ph-D took really good care of us, gentle hand plus excellent customer service. Ask for her if you need any shots!

I visited the pharmacy today to receive my vaccinations, and Pharmacist Aziz assisted me. He demonstrated great patience and care throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend visiting this location.

CVS corporate, please secret shop your stores. Pharmacy people are careless and making excuses. The pharmacist does not handle it's management well for the good neighborhood is positioned at. He Mr. Aziz should be transferred to a low income neighborhood. Staff does not answer calls, messages are not returned even in 4 hours of call. Very poor service.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on the planet one month to transfer a prescription from Walgreens to here with multiple conversations with the pharmacist and they can't get it done. Totally inapt staff do not go here. Now they're telling me I have to go back to my prescribing doctor and have the prescription sent in. They couldn't have told me this a month ago.

I visited this CVS to fill a prescription, and the customer service was not good. The staff just looked lost or like we were not supposed to be there. An employee quickly and incoherently called my husband's name. We walked in line and they just looked away from us as if we should not be standing in line. I told my husband to have a seat, and maybe they called someone else, an employee. Everyone kept working and no one called his name again or asked him if it was his script. I mean the pharmacist took his script, and she knew it was his but she did not say anything. The young woman that rang us up looked angry and did not say a word. I asked if the amount on the screen was out total, and she said yeah. Really...you are not even going to tell me how much I owe and when you are ready to take my form of payment. They used to ask if you had questions for the pharmacist, but I guess they do not want to talk to people anymore. The CVS on Old Denton Rd had terrible customer service too, but the pharmacist was great. I wish he was transferred to this location. He smiled, spoke to you, and knew what prescription you were picking up. Bring him back or find some employees that want to be there. People are usually not feeling well, something might have happened and they are no down, and no one wants to deal with employees that are not going to greet you and at least pretend like they want to help you.

The pharmacy staff is fantastic, but the store management is horrible. Some of the cashiers are in perpetual bad moods and the store NEVER abides by their posted hours. They are supposed to be open from 8am to 11pm, yet I have been sitting in this parking lot since 10:30pm and the doors are LOCKED. This happens every week. Either change your operating hours or abide by your posted operating hours!

I’ve been trying to call the 121 and Hebron location and the Lewisville off Corporate location, all day and the automated system says they’re busy with another customer. All day! But they blow my phone up for refills that I don’t want. They don’t open until 10 and close at 8 with a hour lunch but they never have the blinds open when the lunch break is supposed to open. Lack of customer service has me searching for another pharmacy!
