Hours: Based on the reviews, Dallas Makerspace is a members only warehouse with equipment for woodworking like table saws, lathes, routers, and planers, computer numerical cutting, sewing, automotive work, and other arts. Pottery, painting, and computer arts can also be made there. It is probably the largest Maker Space in the world, at 40,000 square feet. Paid membership is required, and the current monthly price is $72. It is a community workshop where members share tools, expertise and ideas. The space has a variety of interesting classes taught by knowledgeable experts. It is a great place to work on projects with fun, friendly and creative people. Members must sign a liability release form and are expected to take proper care of the equipment. The business also sells refurbished iMacs in like new condition.
