I brought my 2023 Toyota Camry in for front and rear body work after being in a hit and run accident with an 18-wheeler and another vehicle. I chose DACC because of the compassion shown to me when I made my first call to them for information and details on what happens next. I am recommending them because of the excellent work that Angel Perello and the team did! My car is like brand new again and I am so happy. Angel stayed in touch with me, giving me updates throughout the repair process. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Antonio, Omar and the rest of the DACC team were so helpful and in constant communication with me while my truck was getting fixed. Also decided to get some tint on my truck while it was in the shop. Truck repaired and tint looks great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The entire staff was a pleasure to work with, professional and patient to answer all questions. Omar was amazing and explained the entire process and kept me up to date on the repairs. When I came to get my car I couldn’t believe that it looked brand new, they even took the time to detail it as well. Will definitely use them in the future for any potential repairs or issues. Hands down the best repair experience I’ve had!

DACC is the standard by which body repair shops should be measured! They just completed work on my pickup and I was so impressed with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Unlike so many repair shops that promise job completion by a certain date but don't follow through, my truck was ready on the day Angel told me it would be ready when I dropped it off for repair. The last shop I used for a minor repair took three weeks BEYOND the promised completion date to return my car. Not only was the body work exemplary, DACC did a complete detail job both inside and outside of my vehicle. It looks better than it did they day I took delivery of it eight years ago. While I hope to never need body work again, if I do I will not consider any other body shop. You won't be disappointed.

I really want to speak about my experiences with Omar. From the day I called, Omar was extremely professional and supportive with assisting with my repair process. Omar was honest and transparent about all services needed. Once I dropped my car off he kept me updated throughout the process (when parts were ordered, received, and repair complete). He communicated with Progressive surrounding my car and kept them updated as well.
Once I received my car back, Omar took care of an additional concern I had. My car was extremely clean and detailed on the inside.
Overall, this will be my second repair with DAAC and I am extremely gratefully and pleased for the services they’ve provided. Thanks for the peace of mind Omar provided the entire time! Thanks !!

Went into this place was greeted and serviced immediately. Angel Perello seemed very friendly at first until I told him if he could get the highest estimate possible. He then politely proceeded to tell me about his goal and his process but after I told him I Def understand his goal, I told him of my goal that I'm getting 10 estimates and submitting the top 3 to the towing company's insurance company and will then assess who to bring it to not because they're most expensive, but because I have no worries of "surprise costs".
He then treated me coldly and lost his desire to treat me like a client and rather just a number. I would've seriously considered coming back for the service and negotiated the price down due tot heir reviews which is why I came there.
I'm disappointed he reacted so coldly to my suggestion of getting highest price possible.
I hope if this is reviewed by management that a sales training get implemented as how he treated me afterward I'd never come back here.
It's clear here it's either your a client or you're not and there's a clear distinction between the 2.
I'm in business sales myself, I totally understand the concept and processes. This just happened to be a cold and dry experience.
After receiving the estimate, he then tells me what will be needed, but that's just an estimate, it's possible the price may go up, I told him this isn't my first experience with this, I'm 44. It's why I asked for the highest estimate possible. Eliminate the back and forth. He and the se retary who chimed in stated I shoild bring the vehicle back and let them have it for a few hours. Then they'll get a clear picture of the estimate. Who in their right mind is going to give a few hours to get an accurate estimate. Whether they take the doors off and look doesn't make one bit of a difference tot he insurance company. Wehrer they need tot remove the bumper makes zero sense to the insurance company. They assess the "average" quote and cut a check.
I'd never in my life recommend this business and it's employees. Angel got argumentative when I informed him ahead of time about my experience and giving him a 1 star. I believe in doing right in reviews and being realistic. Authentic. It's unfortunate I wasted 30 minutes of my time going to get an estimate that may or may not be higher without leaving it for a few hours. I ripped the estimate up as it was obviously inaccurate.
To summarize, great service is rendered if you're a client. If not, kick rocks.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. My truck looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealership's lot. Antonio, Angel, Omar, and team did a fantastic job.
