I’ve driven to this location twice and have received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. DEWALT corp tells me equipment is under warranty and this place says it’s on 1 year, when the website even shows 3 years. Sorry DEWALT, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

This place has had my two week old hammer drill for 2 months. They tell me they are sending new drill but I’m still waiting. Dewalt y’all should be ashamed to have this awful company doing your repairs!

Yall should fired that grumpy old man that obviously don't wanna work n making yall loose customers with his un professional services at the Dewalt service center. He is very rude n says he caint fix Dewalt machines but he sells that brand n the name says it all. Also he said those ain't our machines I can only sell u parts coomen sens why would u call yourself Dewalt service center if yall caint fix the Dewalt brand.

It's sad that there drive to be the best has driven them to rush there employees. 4/17 service truck 18677 in the early morning hours extremely aggressive diving / reckless driving. Tailgating, excessive speeding well in excess of 30 over. An weaving in and out of traffic. This behavior is going to kill someone.

They are not professional with their work and they lie. I had my Rollo gun since December and I explained what was wrong, it only needs a piston gasket, for which they charged me 112 dollars and they delivered it to me until March of the following year! But under the same conditions they didn't do any repairs, they just poured oil on it! I took it for the second time and I demanded my refund which they told me that they would not give it to me but that they would give me the remaining piece which they said they would have put it in, but to my surprise they didn't give it to me either, they just stole my money and arrested me waste my time!! I feel a little frustrated by the treatment I received!

I took a laser to have it fixed and they charged me $299 plus taxes and that same laser is worth $330 new. I think they should improve their prices because it is practically the same to fix it as to buy new
