I am so happy with the services here. I missed my delivery because the driver didn't have the access code to my apartment complex. I decided to stop by the DHL local branch to see if they could locate my package as I had to travel the next morning.
Sierra at the branch was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my package. She contacted the driver and kept in touch with me as I had left her my number. She was able to retrieve my package right at closing and hand it directly to me. Great customer service!

This was my first trip to DHL and the representative that assisted, Sierra J. was extremely helpful. Very patient, very kind and I just really miss customer service like that because we don’t have that anymore. It is unfortunately foreign now to have that kind of customer service, so I just appreciated her taking the time out to fully explain this process to me for a package I had to return back to another country

The driver was unable to deliver my package so I went to the location. Latrece went over and beyond to get my parcel pulled off of the truck before the driver left. This was very important to me so it meant a lot. Thank you, Latrece!!!!

This is the hub that delivers to my business. We have reported our 8-5 business hours to DHL at least 20 times but they disregard and leave expensive equipment outside after 7 on a regular basis, even in the rain. They have no regard for the security of the shipments they are entrusted with. Lip service only.

Negative.... no good service... I paid for an express service and they deceived me... I feel cheated and ripped off. I do not recommend it. I had already read about the bad service, this was the confirmation... I am going to go with the competing company.
Dear Melisa... I gave my opinion regarding the poor quality service that you provide. You have my phone number, email address and tracking number. By asking me for this information you demonstrate how incapable you are of resolving a negative situation that affects you. I find it cynical of you to ask for this information. Don't expect to change my opinion. Even with this tenth-rate justification. Best regards.

I had literally the worst experience in history I went to this exact location on 10/30/2024around 2-4pm central time I was in urgent critical need of having to send V.IP. documents for my husband, who is in another country when I arrived at 1st there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell 🔔 for assistance and eventually a young lookin Caucasian guy arrived he was nice but I have to admit he definitely needs training or just dosent know what he is doing I requested to have my husband's documents to be sent to LOME TOGO 🇹🇬 location he acted as if he could not find a dhl location there and stated all he could pull up was central republic Africa and South Africa I really felt as if he was not trying. He acted as though he was done with trying to help me so I just stood in shock because my husband has sent me things from Lome in Togo from a DHL office there! I really felt like this kid was just tired and didn't want to try or even get help from another employee. Because of that i had to go to fedex to send and now has been delayed and has made more issues for my husband's life.I usually don't complain and i have alot patience but I had to write this review because of this person's mistakes he is delaying things in other people's lives and that is not fair. I hope this review gets to the right people in management so they can train him how to be a better representative for the company he works for. Not to mention I called DHL customer service and confirmed with the actual address AFAGNAN GBETTA BAS-MONO 1 LOME TOGO and was advised that they in fact do deliver.

The level of customer service I have experienced from this office far exceeds any expectation I could have imagined. As a small business owner, I constantly am receiving packages from overseas. Some arrive early and some are delayed. Those that are delayed cause a backlog of issues which makes receipt of the package even more critical. I appreciate the understanding and support consistently rendered by Ms. Rose and the entire staff. They care!

Talk about going above and beyond – that's exactly what Javier from DHL Service Center in Carrollton, TX did for me today! I missed my delivery and was worried I'd be stuck waiting until Monday to pick up my package from the service center, since they're closed on weekends. But Javier wasn't having it. As soon as the driver brought the package back to the dock, he tracked it down, even though it was after 9 pm! Then, he contacted me to let me know I could come get my package right away. Seriously, what customer service is supposed to be like. Huge thanks to Javier for saving the day!

I went the other day and when I rang the lobby doorbell I heard a guy loudly say “god dammit”. When someone came out to help me, it was a young white kid and he had the same voice. I just thought that was super unprofessional and offensive and I’ll be shipping with someone else next time.

I stopped by to pick up my package, and while my package got handled fine, the experience wasn’t great. The young guy with curly hair who helped me walked out from the back area with a smoke trailing behind him, which was pretty strange to start. As we talked, I noticed a fruity strong smell, probably from a vape, and not long after I left, my throat started feeling irritated. I have asthma, so this really wasn’t okay. It felt unprofessional, and it made an otherwise simple task uncomfortable. I also noticed another review mention the same kid before deciding if I was going to leave my own. It was pointing out similar issues with his unprofessionalism, and it seems like nothing is being done. This made the experience uncomfortable.

I really would like to thanks this location for all there help. I needed to ship over 25 packages. One location didn't want to help me but this location did. There was no complaints or negativity. It was all about the customer.
A special thanks too Javier ,Sierra, & Marco. They are the ones that helped me with all I needed. These guys showed what team work is all about & displayed a great outstanding job of customer service! Way to go DHL!!

I went there in the morning to send my envelope, after i sent i found the address missing information. I visit again to service point, Latrece coming out to me for care about this happen. She was very nice and helped me for change the address! She was fast and very attentively taking care about this problem. She is amazing!
