This one by far is the best one I’ve been to!! All of the guys are super nice and knowledgeable! I got all 4 tires replaced on my lunch break and they were quick! Their customer service is top tier in my opinion! The younger guys and older guys were all gentlemen! As a woman, I definitely appreciate that!

These guys are always so nice and so fast! I recommend making an appointment before going in. I've bought tires from them, done multiple tires rotations, and lots of air checks/fills. If I'm getting tires or tire work done, I'm coming here. Mazda 3 Hatch

Title: Disappointed with Discount Tire's Misguidance and Incomplete Service
I recently had a disappointing experience with Discount Tire that left me feeling misled and frustrated. After noticing some issues with my vehicle's alignment, I called Discount Tire to inquire about their wheel alignment services. Despite being located 20 miles away from my location, I decided to make the trip based on their assurance that they could perform the necessary alignment on my vehicle.
Upon arriving at the Discount Tire location, I was greeted by friendly staff who confirmed that they could indeed perform the wheel alignment. However, after leaving my vehicle with them for what I assumed would be a straightforward service, I was shocked to discover that they had not completed the job when I returned to pick up my vehicle.
Despite their initial confirmation, it turned out that their equipment was not good enough to complete alignment properly, and they were unable to perform the wheel alignment as promised. I was left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the time and effort I had invested in driving to their location.
Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the issue was disappointing. It would have been appreciated if they had informed me of the problem before I made the journey to their shop, allowing me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the service or seek assistance elsewhere.
Overall, my experience with Discount Tire was unsatisfactory, to say the least. Their failure to complete the job despite initially assuring me otherwise, coupled with the inconvenience of driving 20 miles only to be turned away, left me feeling misled and disappointed. I hope that they can improve their communication and service quality in the future to prevent similar situations from occurring.

Came in at 8am after my night shift as a nurse and was greeted right when I walked into the door. Asst Manager Adam Martinez was so helpful and kind while helping me decide what tires would be best for my suv. The whole crew as working hard on cars and greeting customers, offering water to them. Highly trust my vehicle in their care!!! thanxxx DTC!!

Showed up before 8 and they let me in a little early. John Paul and Moris took great care of me. Had me out in no time. I’ve arrived at other Discounts and had to wait until 8. Great job guys.

I'm happy with the tires I purchase because they are reliable but I'm not happy with the manager at Discount Tires. He made it VERY difficult to get competitive pricing and tried to steer me away from purchasing Michelin Tires. The following week, I called NTB Tires and they were much more accommodating and had better deals on the SAME tires. My overall experience was a negative one at Discount Tires.
